Very friendly and helpful team.
Product manufactured to a very high standard.
Not pressured into the sale by Drew, a very relaxed and pleasant experience.

A great experience alround…

A great experience booking the demo with Luke and having the demonstration with Drew who was a delight to deal with. He explained things very clearly and did not rush us in our decision.
I would highly recommend Movinglife UK for a Scooter as the engineering is superb and the Scooter itself is of very high quality and very good value for money.

Super!

Drew went ‘above and beyond’ to drive a long way to personally deliver my husband’s Atto Sport. Then he took a lot of time to show me how to fold and unfold it and how to operate it. He also demonstrated some accessories that we wanted. I could not have asked for more. Truly excellent and personal customer service!

Drew came out to demonstrate the mobility scooter at my home let me take it for a test drive and told me all about the parts and how it works
Was not at a pushy salesman let me make my own decision about purchasing it
Which I am glad I did the scooter is great and folds down easy and a lot lighter than my scooter before

Excellent Customer Service

Tried out a mobility scooter at home but due to differing reasons it was nog suitable. Luke and Helen at Movinglife were very helpful and assisted us in making a return stress free. Excellent customer service.

Customer service is outstanding!

Customer service is outstanding!
My scooter had a problem that needed attention. Called the company and I received prompt attention. Box sent the next day I packed scooter in box and it was picked up the next day 48hr turn around… amazing! All very easy.

Movinglife does it again

Movinglife does it again. What a great company. I love my Atto Sport Max mobility scooter and wanted to buy an Essential Pouch in the Movinglife Black Friday sale. Luke was really helpful and arranged shipment straight away. My parcel arrived today and now stores my spare battery.

Thoroughly test to make sure it’s right for you.

Had a good experience. I first viewed and had a quick trial at an open day event in Byrkley Park Garden Centre during the summer. Then I asked if I was able to loan a scooter for a week so that I could thoroughly test before making my decision. Not an issue, had one dropped off very quickly.

Mark made an appointment and came to my home and we did the deal straight away.

The scooter is lovely easy to put up and down (big learning curve to do it as quickly as Mark did it!) I also got the orthopaedic back rest, seat cushion with carry bag, the back pack, crutch holders and mirrors (Black Friday sales meant I could get up to £800 accessories free. I would have had the phone holder too but he didn’t have one on his van - still had a bit of spare capacity for it!). In my opinion the seat needs the backrest and cushion as it is fairly hard otherwise. (The normal cushion was Ok but the orthopaedic back rest takes it to another level of comfort.)

The only downside I foresee with it being front wheel drive is that the wheel can spin on slippery surfaces such as wet leaves on an uphill incline - not a massive issue it’s just where I travel. It will be no issue in the warmer months!

It folds up nicely and separates to 2 pieces so I can pick it up easily and put in the boot of my car.

All in all i recommend.

The technician who served me was a good…

The technician who served me was a good man, helpful, and very knowledgeable about his job. He is Costomer focused and very friendly.
The only problem is the location of the workshop which is not easily accessible. It was difficult to find the shop.

Overseas Company Selling In UK

I had professional dealings with Movinglife and feel it's important to share my experience for the benefit of others. While the company offers innovative mobility products, I found the UK and Ireland administrative operations to be disorganised and lacking professionalism. Communication was inconsistent and key commitments were not followed through in a timely or reliable manner.
The UK office is managed by individuals with limited experience in customer service and operational efficiency, while the Irish administrative support was, in my experience, particularly ineffective due to competency issues. The UK operation is led by people with a South African background now operating in the UK.
The wider business is overseen by an overseas sales manager whose leadership style fosters a culture of personal loyalty over professional merit. Staff are expected to regularly flatter and emotionally support the manager, regardless of performance or outcome. Failure to do so can result in job insecurity.
Clients considering Movinglife should be aware that while the brand is Israeli in origin, much of the UK facing operation is run by British born individuals who spent most of their lives in South Africa. This may be relevant for those who value transparency in company structure and accountability.
I hope this helps others make an informed decision.
