Terrible company
Terrible company - paid for mower online and they didn’t contact me. When I contacted them they said it wasn’t in stock. Don’t answer phones don’t operate proper business hours to issue refund.
There were no missed calls from this company on my phone. Poor attempt at contact, email could have been issued straight away since this is an online order. Rang at 9:06am and was told they couldn’t issue my refund as they were busy opening up and they would call back which they didnt. I rang again at 9:36am. So I think it’s incredibly fair to say this company has an issue with communication
Edit: there’s no missed calls from them at all, so given that the calls didn’t go through on my phone an email should have been issued. This is a standard point of contact for an online sale.

Second call from ISE to your provided phone number was at 11:34am on 25th of June 2024.

On 24th June you ordered an Oleo Mac mower which unfortunately was out of stock with our supplier.
We called you that day to advise you of this delay and offer an immediate refund if it didn't suit you to wait.
We could not get through to you so we tried again on the 25th of June which went unanswered again. We then awaited a call back from you.
We may have missed your call which then lead you to send an email on 26th June to which we replied advising of the delay and to let us know if you wished to recieve a refund.
We then issued you a full refund this morning 28th June.
This review is extremely harsh as our team work very hard to provide an excellent service to people throughout our busy season each year.
Thank you for your feedback. I will enquire as to why you did not receive an email in addition to the attempted phone calls advising you of the delay.

Recently bought a ride on lawnmower from ISE.Bought it online thursday night,had it in my drive monday morning oiled up and fueled up ready to go.Delivery guy gave me full instructions how to use it and thanked me for my business and said if I had any issues to call them for any help needed.Great service.Highly recommended.

I ordered a Wolf Garden Telescopic Lopper. I got a phone call from the company to say that the unit I ordered was out of stock and I was offered a free upgrade to the next model. It was delivered on time at no extra cost. Great service from Mower.ie and much appreciated.

Sprayer never worked after I spent almost €600 on a sprayer that…
I spent almost €600 on a sprayer that never worked. I have emailed 3 times without a reply. I’ve called numerous times and they rarely answer the phone. When they do answer, I was promised a call back which I never received. I was told that someone would call to repair the faulty spray but this never happened.
Do not buy anything from this company, they have no after sales service.

Communication and follow up lacking
Update...
Appreciate that I have now been contacted and dealt with in a professional manner.
Seems like it's a supplier issue more than the company .
Ordered an Apache walk behind tractor with rotavator, sickle bar and snow blade.
Very quick delivery with three of the four items ....6 months later I'm still waiting on an item other have in stock online.
Main issue is severe lack of communication I've rang 3 or 4 times and the answer is we'll check on that and get back to you.
