Used this company for the first time for a replacement wheeel for my Hayter mower.There price was the cheapest I had seen & included next day delivery. ...excellent value & service

Fast response. Fast delivery.

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews of this company, especially regarding customer service as this is definitely not what I experienced.

I have been trying since last year for a company to come back to me with regards to a replacement blade for my cobra lawn mower and replacement fuel cap for my cobra multi tool.

I came across Mower express a few weeks ago and reached out to them to see if they could supply these items (I was wanting to ensure I bought the correct fuel cap) but as we had been ignored or let down by numerous companies in the past year I didn’t hold out much hope.
They replied within the same day stating that they stock the blade but not the fuel cap. They gave me the product code for the fuel cap so I could get it else where. I ordered the blade that evening and it arrive 2 days later.

My experience with this company was great and would recommend them.

Bad customer service

I have ordered wrong size of lawnmower’s blade, got it delivered quickly but I sent it back with a note of my email address. Rang them and email them, not had any call or email back from them. Bad customer service. Won’t use them again. I lose my money.

Appalling Service - Refuse to Communicate

I recently purchased a wheeled trimmer from Mower Express - Delivery was super fast once payment had been made. At first use the trimmer head developed a fault and for the last 3 weeks i've tried to get in touch with Mower Express but to no avail. Their contact telephone number is a short "not available and you cant leave a message" and they have refused to respond to any e-mails regarding arranging a warranty repair. Buyer beware.

Dealing with Cobra direct has produced some positive results and support.

With this kind of service, Mower Express should not be allowed to trade ...

My order was never delivered to me

My order was never delivered to me, apparently because of an error by the courier. I requested a redelivery but got no useful response, only vague assurances that it would be taken up with the courier. I then requested a refund on grounds of failure to complete the contract but still received no response. The phone line only ever connects to a recorded message that states that no message can be left. This company has effectively ignored my complaint and seems unable to meet the most basic contractual requirement to deliver what has been paid for.

Appalling customer service.

I bought a machine from this company that developed a fault within a few days so tried to contact the seller for advice on repair or a refund. I initially tried to phone but there is just a recorded message saying use the website form and you can't leave a message. So I tried using their online enqiry form but received no reponse so then I tried sending emails directly but again no reply. This company in my experience has no concern for its customers and should not be allowed to trade. I am contacting trading standards to complain about them.

Item arrived faulty

Item arrived faulty, Three unanswered emails, phone rings out and message cannot be left. Zero communication from this company. Next step for me is either family lawyer or drop the broken mower through the shop window.
