My Robomow robot mower, purchased in 2019, failed to charge at the start of this season. Although the mower was out of warranty, Mower Magic responded very quickly to my email and offered to replace the faulty part (power adapter) and posted it with next day receipt.

Ronnie from Mower Magic is a awesome dude. My generator that was supplied had an issue. The next day Ronnie prepared to make arrangements for collected and then got a refund.
The support from these guys are great and Ronnie is excellent at communicating. When buying commercial tools, there’s always a concern around support.
Things go wrong, it’s the nature of things. But Ronnie stepped up and put things right out without a fuss.

I ordered a part from Mower 'Magic' that they offered for sale on their website. They accepted my order and took full payment, which included £7.50 for 'Premium Express' delivery. They didn't send the part or provide any information as to why not. When you email them you just get an automated reply saying they are too busy to look into every individual request for delivery update. Absolutely rubbish. Don't use.

Great service really high quality product at a great price. I pre ordered a Cobra Hm381 cylinder mower, I knew I'd have to wait for the item, i was kept informed regularly and when the item arrived i wasn't disappointed at all. I'd highly recommend MowerMagic
I ordered an EGO Power+ LM1903E-SP from Mower Magic. It arrived the next day and was great great but the self-propelled function was not working. I got a very fast reply after reporting the fault and the seller organised a courier to take it back for repair. All I had to do was put the mower back in the box (not the battery and charger). I got prompt replies to requests for updates and the mower was returned in good working order in a little over a week. Cannot fault the customer service. I'm one very happy customer!

ordered a fuel tank for a strimmer took payment from my card and then told me 5 days later that the goods where not in stock and could not give a delivery date will have to see how long they keep the payment for now if ypou are having difficulty with stock levels why take the payment before you have checked you have the goods in stock to deliver?
I purchased a 'bath' by definition a waterproof container that to be of merchantable quality should not leak. The citizens advice bureau and Trading standards office agree with me. My unit did leak and Mower Magics excuse was that frequently asked questions mentions this, however, these are not part of the product specification which clearly sells the item as a bath, not of merchantable quality within the terms of the Consumer Act. I strongly suggest you treat this company with care and shop elsewhere, which is what I will be doing.
I can't fault this company. I purchased a tractor mower about 18 months ago. Machine delivered on time and their after service has been excellent. Can thoroughly recommend this company. Would give it a 10 star if possible.
Ordered a solo 401 spray, took the money and didn’t make any contact with me and item never shipped. In my experience MM are an utter waste of space.
Unfortunately I can't provide any positive feedback for Mower Magic. I placed an online order for delivery to my son's address using the 'ship to different address' option on the webpage. The order was accepted and my card charged and then Mower Magic cancelled the order the next day due to the order being identified as 'High Risk' as it was being shipped to a different address to the invoice address.
So, why include an option on your webpage that simply leads to an order being cancelled ????
The good news was that I searched for the product from an alternative source and found it £7 cheaper (from ITS) and got it delivered the next day at no extra cost.
Mower Magic, please review your workflows and security processes against your website and ordering system. Hopefully, you could then avoid 1* reviews in the future.
Ordered an OPC control/cable for an Allen 450 and received it pretty much next working day. Decent price as well.
It required a little bit of fettling to get it to fit, as my machine is some 13 years old. But was expecting this from other reviews that I've seen. They must have changed the fixing method for the control lever from using two bolts, to only requiring a single bolt. Easily fixed and now works 100%
Fantastic customer service - if only all companies were this good. I placed a back order for a scarifier, an item that seemed to be in very short supply currently and expected a long wait for delivery. In the event the item arrived sooner than expected, the only issue was that a cover over the exhaust was cracked. I always think that the way a company responds to an issue is the best measure of their concern for their reputation. A quick email with a picture of the problem followed by a phone call and a replacement part arrived next day (I didn't want to return the whole thing). Customer service just couldn't be better and many thanks to John Hall for his assistance. I will only ever use Mower Magic for garden machinery in the future. Excellent!

Utterly terrible service so far. No confirmation email for the chainsaw I purchased so I can't do order tracking for the item that doesn't seem to be arriving.
There is no response the the contact form email I sent. Just now having been forced to listen to musical sections of 'Fields of Gold' on repeat for the last 30 mins a voice message finally came up to say that due to high call numbers they can't take any more calls, and to send them a message. Where was that voice 30 minutes ago? So maddening! What a total waste of time... Grrrr....
Placed an order for a small part (fuel pipe) 10 days ago. Still waiting.
Their order confirmation says not to respond asking about delivery updates and (to quote) 'We DO NOT have time to look into every instance of delivery delay'. Consequently I have to wait indefinitely for my part with no recourse to chase them up if it is late or missing.
