Couldn't find part needed on the…

Couldn't find part needed on the available diagrams. Emailed and got a very helpful response, so placed my order which was deemed unavailable even at manufacturers. However, received it within 4 weeks, and all good. Recommended and would use again

Good value, fast and excellent customer service

Roybi strmmer was best value available and arrived more quickly than expected. The spare line I had also ordered with it didnt appear (poss lost in post) but as soon as I mentioned this to mower magic they put another one in the post and emailed me to advise this..and it arrived fast .. no questioning and fast response. So can confirm excellent customer service

Exemplary customer service & unbeatable prices

Mower Magic had the lowest price for the Webb lawnmower we wanted (nearly 10% cheaper than elsewhere). Unfortunately, with the sheer volume of deliveries being made during lockdown, one wheel of the mower was damaged on arrival. We contacted Mower Magic immediately, who apologised profusely, & within 24 hours we received a replacement wheel, as well as £15 refund. In such challenging times, it is so good to deal with retailers who still uphold such high standards of customer care.

Excellent customer service.

A bit of positive feedback. I found the website on-line and ordered a battery for my lawn mower. Delivery was fine as was the battery. However, it turned out to be the wrong type (my error). I thought I would have more than a little difficulty returning it or getting a refund. Not at all...Sam in the Parts department was both polite and very helpful...not only will I get a refund, but he has ordered the right type of battery for me. What a first-class piece of customer service. This company is a model for others to follow.

Super-quick, considering COVID

I’ve been struggling (my fault) with my Mountfield lawn mower For a fortnight or so, eventually deciding that a new carburettor was required.

I ordered on Tuesday (late afternoon/early evening) and braved myself for 5-7 day delivery because of the COVID situation.

I was perhaps just lucky with the delivery/mail etc but it arrived on the Thursday. Two days in the present circumstances is immense.

.....And I did eventually get it working. It wasn’t the carb in the end but the old one was grotty/furred up so not a bad change.

Mower Magic are magic.

Ordered a new Webb strimmer on their website
on Tuesday 12th and it was delivered yesterday afternoon ! How quick is that. This is superb customer service given today's work pressures and shortage of staff in many organisations. The strimmer is excellent - cordless, lightweight, powerful and not noisy. Very happy first time customer indeed.

Placed an order on their website on…

Placed an order on their website on 7/05, website stated it would be dispatched same day. I called their contact number, if you have a query about an existing order you will not get answered, if you want to place a new order you will get answered very quickly. Apparently my order was going to be dispatched today 12/05. When I asked why it had taken so long to dispatch the immediate response was I can refund you and cancel your order, I hadn't complained or asked for a refund. I took the family run business up on their offer and I will buy the parts I need elsewhere. Mowermagic is not the only place to buy mower parts.

Your colleague did not ask if I wanted to continue with the order, like I have already stated I was told it would be despatched 12/05 and I asked what the delay was and your colleagues immediate and only response was "I can cancel the order and refund you" I chose to cancel because of the attitude not because of the delay.
In relation to the statement on delays on your website, this explains items may take longer to be delivered due to Royal Mail. No mention of delayed dispatch. Your website actually said if I ordered before 14:00 it would be same day dispatch!!!

If your colleague had politely explained the delay was due to the current situation rather then snapping at me for daring to ask what the delay was I would have been happy with the outcome. You may want to read through some of your other negative reviews on here as they all seem to be customer relation not service or products.

Good afternoon, we are sorry that there are a couple of days delay to dispatching orders at the moment. In the current pandemic, we do have a statement on our site explaining that there are some delays processing orders at the moment. You are right, the order was placed on Thursday afternoon (7th), we have since had the VE day bank holiday on Friday so it has just taken an extra day to get it out for you. When you called one of the team took the time to check the status of your order, and it was physically on the bench and was going to be the next order to be packed and dispatched. My colleague asked if you would like to continue with the order and it would leave today, or if you'd prefer to cancel and have a refund; you said you'd cancel the order, so we have done as you asked and immediately cancelled and refunded it for you.
In the current climate, we feel we have offered a good service getting parts out within just a couple of working days and being willing to provide updates when so many others aren't. We value our customers so are disappointed to get this feedback, but we stand by our actions, if someone calls and isn't happy about a delay, we will offer to refund, it is then ultimately their choice.

Terrific service!

Terrific service! I was able to speak at the weekend to a knowledgeable member of the team who gave valuable advice (including being referred on to another supplier for some products), followed by delivery within 48 hours.

An excellent start from the very first contact with Magic Mower, fast turn around with emails and advice on new parts for my old mower.

Terrible customer service

I had a simple enquiry but the person I dealt with was rude and condescending. They were no help whatsoever and in the end I ended up getting much better customer service from a competitor who ultimately got my custom.

Great Service

I had been struggling to identify the exact part i needed never mind source it. I had made a few purchases that turned out to be the for the correct manufacturer but wrong model of Lawnmower. Very impressed at their ability to identify the part I needed and then supply it , no hassle , quick and straightforward. Slick service. Would recommend highly based on my experience.

Excellent Service & Backup

Having had a problem with my Robomow on first using for the season. Spoke to an engineer at Mower Magic who helped diagnose the problem over the phone. After trying one remedial action that did not work, discussed with engineer again who arranged return of the mower for further investigation. Under lockdown social distancing, I was quite prepared for the mower to be away for an extended period. However, under the circumstances, mower was returned relatively quickly. Very impressed with the assistance and help given by Mower Magic. Excellent service. Many thanks.
