Intact but dirty
Everything came well packaged and intact, however, the contents are dirty, dusty and grimy? It’s a shame because it was supposed to be a gift but it really disappointed me to see how dirty everything came out.

Atmosphere of coziness, warmth, comfort
I felt a wonderful atmosphere at Tea Culture Club & Tea House Moychay. from the first seconds: pleasant music, aroma of tea, cleanliness.
Then I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and openness of the staff: everyone was very kind and for me it was important to be able to communicate in English or Russian, and even Ukrainian.
We ordered a tea ceremony on the second floor and Diana conducted everything for us at a high level, the teas that she recommended for the ceremony hit us right in the heart and then we bought some for our home and the same for friends as gifts.
My husband and I were delighted to leaf through books about tea and study the nuances of tea culture.
An atmosphere of coziness, warmth, comfort. A wonderful experience! Thank you

I was greeted by an employee who offered me some tea, and we drank it together. Then, he sold me the tea I had selected. The Eastern atmosphere in the tea house is pleasant and restful. You can sit at tables with friends and enjoy some tea together.

I placed my order on the website on October 28, and I still haven’t received any information about when my tea will arrive.
When I placed an order on the website, I accidentally forgot to include the street name for the delivery address. The payment was processed, and my order was handed over to the UPS delivery service without anyone contacting me to confirm the correct address.
After receiving the tracking number by email, I checked the shipment status on the courier’s website, and it showed: “Incorrect delivery address.”
I then emailed Moychay to explain the situation. They replied and asked me to send them the correct street name so they could contact the courier to update the delivery address.
I placed the order on October 26, and so far, I haven’t received any updates about when my package will arrive.

After that, our team at Moychay did everything possible to assist with your order — we promptly passed the corrected address to UPS and stayed in close contact throughout the week, responding to the messages from the lady who was writing to us about your order several times a day.
We hope you were able to receive your parcel yesterday, as the carrier notified us about the planned delivery, and the messages from Anastasia suddenly stopped coming afterwards.

Great quality, and, they own up to errors
I placed my order expecting a month's wait, but ended up waiting barely over a week, and even then, the package was here the day before they told me!.
The teas, of which I ordered five, are all extremely well priced for the quality, and the descriptions on the website really help you understand the tea.
When I received my order, one of the teas was wrongly shipped, (they sent another tea by a very similar name, from the same collection and producer), and after letting them know, they offered a 50% refound on it, making sure I was satisfied.
This is what customer service is, and I will order again very soon.
