I am 78 years old and not tech literate, so my son had to do it for me. However, everything went like clockwork, as it suggested. I only hope now is that I can use my mobile phone in Llandudno to make a call, as this is the reason I have changed from Vodafone, where I couldn't even book a taxi to get me back to the railway station.

The change over was very straight forward even for
A non techy like me . Sim arrived in the 3days as stated . Installed in my phone simply and activated

I'm not impressed that standard features seem to be broken.

e.g.
I often get SMS messages to my phone from places like my bank or credit card company. As an example, today I got a text from a credit card called capital one from the number 60073.

There is an option in these SMS messages to unsubscribe from them by sending the word "STOP" back to the sender.

When I try this I get a warning "This will cause charges on your mobile account" with an option to send or cancel. This is despite having a prepaid SIM with unlimited SMS and Calls.

Q1. Why would I be charged to send this reply back. It seems wrong. I should be able to opt out of marketing SMS with no charge to myself.

Q2. If I click the option "Send" on this warning screen (rather than cancel) I get an error message on my phone saying "Not Sent. Check Options". When I click on "Check options" I get the options "Resend" or "Delete". If I choose "Resend" I go into a loop.

Firstly the prices are by far the best. Everything smooth from ordering the phone, the airtime, & porting of my number. A few days in & network is great.

80GB on EE for £6/m, a great value sim only tarif and on the best network.

Seemless transition and porting of old number.
No app, which is fine. I have many more times data allowance than I actually use so unless you coast near your data limits that you need to monitor there's no real need for one.

Had to request a new esim because I'd tried to install and uninstall it on more than phone mid number porting. Doh! My fault but dealt with my dumb ass promptly and professionally. Excellent service so far.

Very good customer service

Most of it went well except when I was transferred to Affirm to fill in credit details it did not work. The next day I received emails say it was sorted and they had the required information.
After that all was well.

Very easy stress free experience to switch to Mozillion from another provider, would highly recommend . Excellent pricing structure as well.

Amazed by Mozillion. I have been with EE for over 14 years now and finally took the plunge to change to Mozillion. I'm amazed by the savings I've made and equally surprised by the quality of the broadband. Will certainly be recommending others to join up too. 5 stars all the way. 😊

Easy to set up.
No problems getting number switched over.
App for kill your bill had to be reinstalled to make the first voucher purchase which was a little faffy, but not particularly a problem.
Have now used the app for voucher purchase from Aldi and used said voucher against my bill 👌🏻

Straightforward, great online guides on keeping my number and great phone reception on my new plan. 5g data is also lightning fast!

I am still waiting for the SIM card to arrive so that i can swop over Networks. Its been nearly two weeks.

Easy transfer to them from TalkHome. Professional but the only thing I didn’t like was that the first months payment of the new sim starts when one pays for it, not when one begins to use it. In my case I paid for a week it took to deliver the sim.
