Disappointing and dishonest
I have been with MoZillion for some time and have two sims.
Yesterday, I had a look at moving one of my sims onto a deal they linked to my account.
£4.50 pcm with a discount of 50% for three months.
When I completed the sale I received an email with the price of double that.
I called and was told that that was correct and that unlike all the other tariffs shown, this one had the discount all ready deducted.
I did agree and sent a letter of complaint with a screenshot.
Today I received an email that said
I can confirm that this deal is for new customers only.
What a load of nonsense.

Spoke to customer service again today and it turns out that I had been talking to the same guy all the time “unbeknownst to me “
I have excepted the 12 months @ £8.50 PCM with a 50% discount for three months.
I have also asked for an official explanation as to the way this offer should work.
Just had the response from MoZillion below and as with most companies responses, meaningless.
I took an offer that was misleading and only noticed when I took the time to read the email. I was then given a number of reasons why I couldn’t have the deal that is still on the website.
I then received a response to my formal complaint telling me that it was a new customer only deal, then I was told I could have the deal after all.
Not good and if you are looking at purchasing a deal with MoZillion, check your emails and complain if you don’t get what is advertised. I shall wait and see if they amend the advertisement, if not I will report the company for deliberately misleading.

Cristian really ‘owned’ my problem and persisted to sort it out for me. Very impressed! This could have been a shaky start to my mozillion experience but the agent turned this around so I am now an advocate. And it was really easy to get through to a human who could help - none of this bot nonsense.

Bad non responsive customer service
Bad non responsive customer service, suspended my account with a reason that I sent more than 500 messages in a month while I only sent one message in all my 3 month contract. I proved all that but they are not providing any proof of that in detailed message breakdown but still suspended since last week and always told that the relevant person is not there to talk. Never go with Mozillion because it’s cheap but it’s all scam
