Terrible experience with Mozillion – missing phone, poor customer service, and no support
I purchased a new EE network mobile contract through Mozillion.com on Friday 05/06/2026. I signed up for a 24-month contract and selected an iPhone 17 Pro Max. I also chose the SIM option and paid £300 upfront for the phone.
Unfortunately, I still have not received my phone.
On 11/06/2026 in the afternoon, I received confirmation that my phone had been dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service before 1 PM. However, when I checked the tracking information on 12/06/2026, it showed that the parcel appears to have been sent to the wrong address and is now stuck at the Burnham-on-Sea sorting office.
I contacted Mozillion customer service several times, but after long waiting times on hold, I was told by their support team that there was nothing they could do to help resolve the issue.
I also explained that I feel I was misled by the advertising on the Mozillion website, which stated that delivery would be within up to 3 working days. This deadline passed on Wednesday, and my phone is now already several days late.
I requested to cancel the contract and receive a refund, but I was told that I cannot get my money back until the phone is returned. How can I return a phone that I have never received and which appears to be lost during delivery?
Mozillion has offered no compensation and has shown no willingness to help resolve this situation.
I am also very concerned about my credit score. Mozillion carried out a credit check in my name, and the contract was financed through an external credit company, Affirm, over 24 months. I am due to apply for a home remortgage soon and I do not want this situation to negatively affect my previously excellent credit score.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Mozillion. The lack of customer support, the delivery problems, and the refusal to help with a problem outside of my control have been extremely disappointing.
All good apart from porting. Phone arrived, i supplied PAC code with order, here i am 1 week later phone still not ported, called and they promised but they missed that deadline too, so square 1 here.

Found Mozillion on Money supermarket and thought I would see if I can get a decent signal as others were useless. Quick to receive my SIM card and transferring my number was painless. So far I have had a signal. It was an extremely good price for my needs, don’t need much being a pensioner. Fingers crossed
