I’ve placed a few orders with Mozzo now and they’ve been spot on every time. The coffee is delicious and always exactly to my taste, but it’s the service that really stands out.

Every single order comes with a lovely personalised card which is such a nice, friendly touch. It’s rare to find a company that stays this consistent and actually puts in the effort to make you feel like a valued customer. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I've placed 2 orders so far with Mozzo Coffee and we've been really pleased with this company. Easy to order, came quickly and with a nice little gift too. We like the taste of the coffee and it works well in our Nespresso machine. It was nice to read about the company on their website, I appreciate their ethos and focus. Will definitely be ordering again.

Great decaff coffee beans, excellent service

We called in on our way home from work to see if we could buy coffee at the site. We were offered a coffee to try to make sure we bought the right strength. We were given an introductory discount at the checkout. The service was excellent and so was the coffee. We bought beans, coffee bags and coffee pods. Have recommended others to visit especially if you live in the area.

I have been buying Mozzo coffee for a while now. We prefer it to many other brands and the mail order generally works well. There is always a handwritten card in with each delivery which is a nice touch and the guys at Mozzo are very keen to support charities which benefit the communities they buy from.

First, the delivery was quick. It’s coffee so naturally you want it delivered fast.

Second, the package had a personalised experience. Apart from the tasty shortbread, there was a hand-written note addressed to me (about discovering Mozzo and a 20% off for future orders) which made Mozzo already stand out. It was a great gesture.

Third , the coffee itself, is divine. I normally brew a house coffee bag in hot water and then add some milk to mine. Mozzo has an extremely rich and fresh taste. Wakes you up the morning quite nicely! I’m a regular customer now and don’t see switching out unless the taste or the experience changes. Great work Mozzo!

They roast and sell amazing coffee. Very helpful and friendly staff, nothing is to much trouble either. And you are remembered by name, which add a nice personal touch considering how large they are, and how many clients they have.

As usual, my coffee was delivered exactly as promised. I love the rich roast and have been drinking it for several years now. And now we get a little treat of shortbread to go with it, plus of course the free shipping, which is always appreciated.
