Got a text message in morning from Scott giving me a time slot. He arrived spot on time. Was very pleasant and knowledgeable about my boiler. Talked me through everything and left my home spotless 5*

The engineer was on time at the end of inspection he told us what had done and nothing was needed to be done touk half hour

Always use mph for boiler servicing as it was them who originally fitted the boiler. A1 service as always.

The service and advice provided by MP was exceptional from start to finish. The young engineer was a credit to his trade - hard working friendly and efficient in everything he did to ensure our boiler was top condition. Great attitude for someone so young - well done young fella !!

Service carried out in a professional manner, boiler area was left clean and tidy. Scott explained what had been done, showed photographs of various parts serviced.
Scott was a bit late due to job before took extra time but we were kept informed of this.

Company gave me lots of infi to help me make the right choice for us. Assisted with credit application and installation was arranged quickly with minimum disruption

First time customer and I have literally nothing to complain about. Knew what they were doing, even when they hit a snag with the shower they knew almost instantly what was wrong and how to fix it, were there less than an hour all round.
The operator I spoke to was very friendly as well and did her best to work with our scheadule.

We were in desperate need of a boiler (BG having left us without heating or hot water with -5 temps) and they had the right product and were able to install the next days. Excellent product and service.

Call received first thing in the morning giving a window for the service. The service engineers were respectful of the property, were polite and went about their work in a professional manner. They informed me of their findings during the service. All in all a positive experience.

Was struggling to find a local company to service a commercial gas boiler. A phone call from MPH was welcome and an appointment was made. As advised, the engineer contacted me on the day to confirm a time for his visit. He arrived with an apprentice in training and they gave the boiler a comprehensive service and found no problems. Both were pleasant and efficient and I have no problem in giving a five star rating for my dealings with this company.

Good reminders on service date and the time chosen was convenient for myself and the engineer.

Fabulous company if I have had an issue with a code showing on my boiler, Marion in the office has been able to tell me how to rectify it.
Very attentive and quick at sorting an engineer to visit. All staff are friendly and helpful from the fitters, engineers and office staff.

Visit booked on Tuesday boiler fitted within 24 hours with hole prebored for air inlet.

A thorough annual service of the boiler, which was installed by MPH the year before. All good and straightforward.
