I have been buying products from MPofCinci for more than 12 years now, never had any problem, very good products, high quality and good communication

The customer service is impeccable at Metalphoto. My customer representatives are very personable and always respond very quickly. They accommodate my needs, are great about getting information to me (like new pricing) and work with me through challenges. It's been a really great experience.

5 Stars, one of my most reliable vendors!

Let me start off with the positive stuff by saying that MPC's customer service people, personnel and team are great to work with! They also have a very wide variety of products and processes available. Their artwork and production team seem very knowledgeable on their job.

Now, the sore spots: and this is why I am giving a 3 star review instead of 5 - the quality control is very spotty. It has been years that we've been told that they are trying to improve this, but nevertheless the fact remains that in an average order, 20% or more of the metalphoto frontpanels we receive have cosmetic problems (probably due to processes such as production handling, packaging, or errors made during production - it varies from batch to batch). While they do make every effort to correct and replace/re-make damaged and refused frontpanels, the time and consumption of resources to sort that out is extremely costly and detrimental to any production planning. We have to manually sort through hundreds/thousands of panels at a time to sort out the rejects in a given batch. This is extremely costly and time consuming.

So yeah, MPC is great, but it would be nice to see things get better in the QA department. If it was a 5% reject rate maybe it wouldn't be so bad, but we've seen orders where 40% or more of the order was bad (worst case).

Decent supplier, no complaints. Quick response and open communication.

MPoC Is a great company. We have done business with them for almost ten years now. Their production quality is excellent, and they have constantly striven to improve their services and customer confidence over the years. Our company relies on them and I have always recommended them to other manufacturers.

I've used Metalphoto twice for projects and it's always been easy and exactly what I needed. Great company to have as a partner.

We have always received our orders in a timely fashion and have never had any issues with the products we received.

We repeat buy a number of nameplates from MPC and have not had any problems, once the initial engineering was complete. Finished products and documentation are up to standard. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Generally a great to work with. the applied set up fees on repeat orders are unfortunate. i.e. same part with a different drawing# because our customer is different from one order to the next.

My experience has been pleasant, very satisfied.

Not able to deliver the custom color that we were quoted due to graphics, was not told until after order was placed. Did come to an agreement and they look very professional. Delivery took longer than quoted. Overall good pricing for quality product.
