Printer went down on the 16th April, engineer came out next day, he informed us that he asked the office to order a new part when he came out in March for the same issue. I emialed the office to make sure the part was ordered to be told the engineer had not asked for a new part!! they ordered the part on the 17th April and it's still not here!! I keep calling to be told the sevice manager only knows the ETA on the part, but he is out of the office, they will get him to call me straight away (still waiting).

Don't lease your printer from MPS
We foolishy entered into a new lease for a printer replacement with MPS after last time discovering they hadn't settled our old printer after they had taken it away, it took many months of with holding payments to eventually get them to settle. They blamed the finance company and assured us this would not happen again if we entered into another agreement with them
I am still fighting with them to settle the next printer they replaced, this time they have been extremely uncooperative. I have had to chase and chase and sent round in circles. I have contacted the finance company myself and asked for a settlement figure and invoiced them for it, and they haven't paid it back. Their customer service is the worst I have ever come across and I know they are doing this will full knowledge that they are acting in a very unethical way. I want to warn anyone considering leasing a printer of them. Find a more reputable company
