Hi, I created 2campaigns and for 7days nothing... I wrote to support, an answer came back totally unrelated..!? What kind of business are you leading? Its shabby and unprofessional approach. How can I, WE rely on you, hm??

Best email marketing software ever. Best software that i have found out of million others is this one.

Quite complicated. I was filling "Activate your Account" fieid 3 times. And it doesnt work

This is a good email marketing. However, I have sent over 3 months many queries to my problem and have not even received a reply back from the MPZmail. The support staff is now in shambles and therfore it deserves a 1* rating!
I am getting very frustrated in having NO RESPONSE!

Not sure what to think about this software email provider. I was very optimistic and have been with this service since it started but as soon as I begin to use and review its features my account is blocked and I find no recourse as to why...

All my templates don't work anymore, they don't load anymore. No previews anymore, No editing of templates anymore .... no support at all!!!!!!!
...sorry, but this program sucks!!!!!!! And yes, I am upset, loosing time and money!!!!!!!!

I lost all my contents and contacts when I accept the migration on your new control panel !!!
It makes me lost a lot of commercial value.
I contact you several times and you never answered to me ....

Mpz has turned my business around when it comes to email marketing! I run a small clothing shop online and have had such a good click rate and have managed to reach so many more people by using Mpzmail. The analytics are very useful on finding out what sort of consumer I have and simple to understand. Business is booming!

Just migrated over from the old site, loving the new platform!

The support is forthcoming and responsive. There is some problem with transition to their new server, when things (subscribers) got lost, but they helped partially to resolve the issue.
Another issue is that mail that I send through this service usually don't come to mailboxes, as probably gmail has algorithm that puts this mail in spam, although they are my subscribers :(

Kind of middle of the road - it works.
Migration to new platform terrible.
No history or templates moved.
Manually had to migrate my lists.

There are many "bugs" impossible to open "template for a second time. and many others...

Pros:
- Easy to navigate and not an overwhelming amount of features to get lost in.
- I like the side by side view when creating coded templates because any changes I make in the code are easy to see.
- They've implemented a new code to the site that gives us more accurate analytics (they were previously having a lot of issues with click bots that were raising the clicks to a ridiculous amount).

Cons:
- When creating drag and drop templates, it should be easier to identify the font size selected. The current sizing of an email's font is not highlighted (like it is for the font style), which is frustrating because I can't easily identify what size is being used.
- The analytics export could be summarized. It will list out every single address that it was sent to and individual stats (opened, clicked, unsubscribed, etc), which is interesting to know. However, if the export could include sum formulas at the bottom and also give us the overall open & click rates, that would save the users some time from having to add it in manually themselves.

I've used MPZMail for over four years. The MPZMail web portal recently went through some major changes requiring modifications to my website, particularly with regard to redesigning various signup forms. After the initial learning curve, I do find that the new MPZ portal does work better and a little easier than the old one. To sum up in one sentence... "I'm not going anywhere else - MPZMail Rocks!"
