It was good at the beginning. After a while trouble started with proper content display. And very slow support.

Had several issues late last month when despite all attempts the mails could not be sent

It is good but hard to follow the instructions especially when trying to forward blogs, articles with photo...

Mike and his team go above and beyond for us on a daily, weekly, monthly & yearly basis.

Mike & Dave have made so many improvements to the platform that are bespoke for us and they have truly revolutionized our e-marketing. They have a customer first approach which other e-marketing platforms don't.

You honestly could not engage with a more professional, customer centric company. Mike & Dave are simply great.

It was working just fine... Till you guys decided to force everyone change to the new platform - which now its caused us lots of headaches. Mainly that on the old platform we had the option of "agency" (which we have over 2500K customers signed up) and now with the new platform that option is no longer available. So we are loosing all those customers and revenue.

Not a good practice to make changes with out first considering your customers downfall !!! Inadequate :-(

Excellent email marketing platform, easy to use from importing subscribers from our magento store to creating rich emails. With a raft of tools included you can check who's receiving your mail, if it's being opened and even where they are. Having used some of the other companies in this sector MPZ also works out much cheaper and more cost effective for running our campaigns. So far am very pleased with the service and support.

MPZ is the best mailing platform I've ever used. We migrated to this mailing platform in December 2018 and it's made everything so much easier, and our deliverability has really improved. We're inboxing better than ever, and we're really happy with the service from MPZ. I'd really recommend it!

Pros:
MPZ provides outstanding customer service
The platform is intuitively designed for ease of use
Uploading groups of subscribers is quick, easy, and painless
Great value for money!

Cons:
Nothing - I don't think there's anything I don't like about it!
I personally don't really use some of the features like heat-mapping clicks by country but they're cool anyway.

It get stuck inbetween and many times very slow.

Recently switched from mail chimp to MPZMail and won’t look back. Really great service as they’re slightly smaller they have more time for you and great support. In the UK too!
