Mr Brown wanted to take his love of trainers to the next level. Having always worn the most exclusive trainers himself, never missing a drop, he knew that he would be able to build a clientele to provide with rare high-end trainers. Now at over 20k followers (Instagram), Mr Brown's Exclusive has a large clientele and many regular clients. We have many private and high-end clients. From the start to finish of your purchase, Mr Brown will provide you with a premium service. All enquiries will be responded to within 24-48 hours. Never received the item, no contact

Although the processing time passed, no further details was shared.
I tried to reach out to the seller multiple times but they never responded to emails and calls, even for a refund as they are unable to fulfill their promise. Avoid avoid avoid!

Not good!

I made a order and quickly realised i had made a mistake. Tried to make contact thru email and nobody has responded wanted to cancel the order. Tried to use phone number provided and it does not ring. I have heard nothing about the original order or canceling order for a refund!

ordered my item over 2 weeks ago and payed for faster shipping, ive had no updates and ive tried to contact them on every social media and their number multiple times with no success. i am still waiting for it and still havent heard back from them

It took a bit of time to recive my order, but onece he contacted me on phone i got my order in 24hr... Very happy with my sneaker i bought from Mr Brown's ! The seller and the sneaker is a genuine without a doubt!only can recommend even tho i had to wait a bit longer to get my order!!but being a family run buisness sometimes unexpected things can happen..

We’re sorry to see this second review and we’d like to clarify the situation for transparency.

Your order did experience a delay in dispatch, which we completely understand was frustrating. As soon as you contacted us requesting a cancellation, we processed a full refund immediately. The refund was issued on our side and should have reached your bank account by 24th February.

We take accusations of being a “scam site” very seriously. We are a small family-run business and we have never taken money from a customer without either fulfilling the order or issuing a refund when requested. In your case, you received a full refund as asked.

All of our reviews are from real customers. If reviews were fabricated, there would only be five-star ratings, which clearly isn’t the case. We always welcome honest feedback, especially when something goes wrong, but we do ask that accusations and personal insults toward our team are avoided.

We understand why you may have left an initial review due to the delay, and that feedback is fair. However, the matter was resolved with a full refund and no financial loss to you.

Order cancelled after 11 days

I ordered a top and didn’t hear anything for 11 days. They then confirmed my order was cancelled. Also took 2 days to get a response from the customer service team.

1 star, VERY POOR!

Unfortunately having to give 1 star. Had a big ordered places and also 2 ETB’s the release was 3 weeks ago, still haven’t received them. Have tried to email, watsapp, ring, social media and still no reply regarding this. Have had to now raise a case with Paypal to try and get money back. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing with this company at all! Customer service is absolutely shocking when it states it’s amazing on the website.

Mr. Browns on point!

Mr. browns always has what I want in stock. The delivery is on time and fair priced for next day as well. Plus if you need to contact them for whatever reason, they’re pretty quick with a response. I’ve bought from the shop 3-4 times now and I’ll continue to buy from the shop!

Great service

Great service. Communication was excellent and items arrived safe and sound with great tracking. We definitely use again very happy… you will always get negative reviews due to parcels going missing etc. This will never be avoided but as a company everything was so professional… your in safe hands!

Not only was my order not delivered to…

Not only was my order not delivered to my address but it was signed for. And status changed to delivered. I have emailed mr brown’s exclusive but they have not responded. I have contacted my bank but have to wait 3months to be refunded. Save yourself the stress and Don’t order from these scammers. Very unprofessional company

Just spoken with a lovely lady regarding my parcel from the 17th December. She has tracked it and noticed Royal Mail have lost the parcel. She has now processed a refund.
