you cannot return the order you received because you opened it. You pay a lot of money and it's not even worth it. The device does not work and they tell you that you cannot return it and that you must call others. A very bad and unqualified company.
Phoned up with a question, they got back to me promptly and helped all they could, when I went into the branch in Portsmouth the lady there couldn't do enough for me. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend them. Big thanks.
Very very unhappy. Ordered and paid for a radiator, was told my delivery date Monday 16/10/23, but was informed the radiator was damaged and another would be sourced for a delivery Friday 20/10/23, not a problem and I’ve taken annual leave to accept the delivery. Now I’ve been told they’ve tried to contact myself ( no missed calls or emails) telling me now it’s going to be the 23/10/23!! But I’m not wasting all my Annual leave to be off waiting for something that might turn up!! Not really good enough. I bought the radiator in good faith and even accepted the first change of delivery date, I’m not being unreasonable? Still no reply with any answers!!
Up to now not very pleased with this service and don’t think I would recommend it to any one else so be aware of using and spending with this company. Their customer service and delivery isn’t up to much. Update to the order.. got told originally that a signature was required or the order would not be made, has they still cant guarantee any delivery especially when I need to be in, they’ve told me they can drop of the 1800x600 double panel radiator with a neighbour or leave it where I chose without a signature. I’ve cancelled the order and now trying to get proof of my total refund
People don’t need this hassle especially when purchases are made in good faith

Perfect ordered large heavy 2.4m radiator and it was delivered at 730am next day. I took a star off cos only one delivery driver came and thankfully I was fit and strong enough to help him.

Excellent company! Great website, reasonably priced products. Ordered yesterday morning and got a full delivery the very next morning (outstanding service) I think the previous reviews are a little unjust as there was a boiler shortage at that time early 2023 and not really the fault of the company involved as it was a supply chain issue. Friendly delivery driver. Will definitely be using this company again

Ordered boiler 10 days ago with delivery for next day . Why take an order ifnot in stock. Then after a week calling me cant deliver next day as my job is already booked for day after . My customer is not going to be happy. To cancel the order they have to refund and I buy a cheaper version which they have in stock. They cant do adjustment and still cant promise me for next day. I have to go online and book rebook for the price i was told . But the price is 27.00 more online.
Then they ring me I can do over the phone .
No compensation for the inconvinience . said we have refunded and thankyou very much . Was good in the past I think too much business no customer service .

Easy to order online good prices , sent me a delivery date that i had to change which was one very easy phone call , delivery came very helpfull delivery person
It was a total dissaster... We had a big order placed on the beginning of April 2023, and I had to call almost every day for an update. 3 different people were giving me different information every time. One promised delivery so on day of delivery I called for an update and guess what? There was no delivery scheduled!!! A lot of items available online but don't be stupid- they don't have it in stock, no one know ls when it's going to be in stock again. You have to be firm by phone because you wouldn't get anything from them. After 3 weeks I just ask for a refund, at least with this they are okey, you don't need to wait for a money long. I wouldn't recommend them. Maybe they have amazing prices but it's not worth this battle to get this things delivered. And at the end of the day you will have to buy products in Screwfix
They never sent my smoke detectors. Did not reply to my emails. When I called them a few months later they apologized and promised to send my items. This is 6 months later and have not heard from them.
Didn't deliver all of the items I PAID FOR!! and refuse to except they have a thief working for them. Don't trust these people they are liars and untrustworthy. Daryl dilks who dealt with my issue was nothing more than arrogant, rude and unprofessional.
Bought a boiler from this company as I thought it was a well-established company. Turned out to be more of a scam really as they wouldn’t accept a return and told me that they don’t need to accept returns from anyone but they sometimes do just to be nice. They have tried to distance themselves from British laws and create their own law for trading. Trading standards will be viewing on to them soon.
Mr Central Heating are a con artists and criminal. They sent the wrong boiler and I asked to return it. They told me that I couldn't return it as I may have used it. Completely ridiculous as it hadn't even been taken out of its original packaging. They then told me that they would give a partial refund of £160 for a boiler, I had just a few days before paid £960 for. They are operating illegally and going against British consumer laws. Stay clear of this dishonourable, criminal company.
A company that will not sort issues out and blatantly ignore requests due to no or poorly trained staff. We ordered 22 TRVs from them but only received 20 as evidenced by a photograph of one parcel that even a GCSE maths student could tell it was impossible to fit 22 TRVs in the box. We will NEVER use these crooks again and will be reported.
A very difficult company to deal with. Easy to order from but when an order is delivered and there is a problem then they are almost impossible to reach by phone and they never answer emails or facebook messages.
I ordered a bosch thermostat one day and it was in my hands the next. My address is a little hard to find but the delivery got close and then gave me a call and I guided him in I've known big delivery company's to just take the parcel back and not even call me.. plus these were £50 cheaper than screwfix! All good
Placed an order 19th December.
We have used this com before always happy . But one if the radiators must’ve have been out of stock . So then I couple of days after placing the order I received notification for delivery 17th January .
Yes I understand Xmas hols etc . But a month to wait so I questioned this it the full order delayed for one item being out of stock . So they send out what they had of which I thanked them but some of the order is wrong so I have been back in touch today . This is the Cheeky reply .
After all it’s not out fault at all but mind I got a telling off , just check out the reply below I couldn’t believe it .

As stated below, your order was always dated for delivery January anyway. We have split the order in half, with no extra delivery charges to get thing to you sooner.
Yes, you have received the wrong item today, but unfortunately, this is human error.
We close for Christmas, and don’t have any van’s in your area until January 4th, as well as all the current delays over the whole country.
The website covers all 10 branches, so if it allows you to place an order, it is because it is in stock at one of our branches, but again, you placed your order on the 19th of December and haven’t really gave us much chance of getting items transferred on the last week before Christmas.

Avoid! Ordered a Vokera Easi-Heat i 25C LPG Combi Boiler from these on 14/09/2022. Delivered on 16/09/2022 with outer packaging in good condition. This was sadly not repeated for the unit itself; when opening the packaging, there was a large crack in the bottom of the unit. This crack had evidently occurred quite a while ago, as the crack was covered in rust. Alongside this rusty crack in the bottom of the unit, there was also a bend in the casing and chipping to the paintwork. Evidently a refurbished unit. Have sent numerous complaint emails with photographic evidence to head office which have all been ignored, as have duplicate follow-up emails. Terrible customer service on the phone, and as such, there has been no resolution. I am left with a boiler that is not in the condition described and that I no longer want. No partial or full refund is forthcoming. AVOID! Scammers! Shop elsewhere!
