I had an urgent Next day delivery as my water boiler was not working and I waited in all morning. Aparently the delivery man popped a note through the door saying he called but there was no one at home. I didn’t even hear him knocking on the door so when I called the company and explained that I was at home waiting, they more or less called me a liar and told me that he would deliver the boiler on Monday so I have all weekend with no hot water or heating. He never left a name or number or nothing just an empty feefo slip 🤬
Picked up Radiators,Boiler,Flue and trd valves today from Hillington branch Glasgow,Superb service great staff and couldn't be more helpful.Staff loaded the car with a smile..5 stars..Best Company for Advice,Price and Customer Service!
Excellent service. I have had a number of boilers and rads from this company in the past as I renovate properties. I lost two wall brackets! Called MrCH and spoke to a lady who sorted out what I needed and put them on delivery for next day. I have them ready . Always a helpful company and best prices around .
Ordered a lpg combi boiler the day before driver just wanted to leave said boiler was not the right one on the van ordered a 32kw lpg combi and they put on the van a 24kw natural gas one I phoned them up to have a rude woman on phone saying they will put a boiler on the next van and will be delivered the following day as mistakes often happen lol WELL not in my business I had prepared the house and old boiler removed ready for the new one as to say I won't be using them again BE VERY AWARE THIS SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL COMPANY IS RUDE ON THE PHONE AND CAN'T EVEN GET A SIMPLE ORDER RIGHT I WON'T BE USING THEM AGAIN
Ordered and had delivered boiler, rads and accessories, when plumber fitted boiler no flue? Spoke to depot next day but they couldn’t deliver one so went to local merchants and bought another to get the job finished. I was given the run around by the company but eventually spoke to a nice lady who said she’d look into it for me. They came back with you signed for it so that’s it! The lady didn’t even know the flue came separately so how were we to know it was missing? Very poor after sales who don’t want to know.
I'm surprised at the negative reviews it seems most are from people trying to return stuff that they have opened or incorrectly ordered. You can't expect a (very competitive priced) trade wholesaler to take anything and everything back like Amazon! But no problems with things supplied incorrectly - I ordered a weather compensation kit, but the part that I was sent was for the wrong boiler. Easy mistake to make because the part number was only one digit different. When I called I was given a contact name and number to call at a different branch, and after a brief discussion with that person to confirm the correct part number it was immediately sent on a next day delivery. No quibble, straight to the right person, problem quickly and professionally resolved and overall perfectly good customer service.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
Brought a boiler online after 2 days wanted to return it has not been used because plumber fixed old one. Spoke to a guy over email called Ronnie who kept refusing when online it states they accept returns.
In the middle of virus self-isolation, we had to deal with a shower pump leak in our rental cottagre. I rang and received instant and great help from the person who answered the phone and from Mr. Mitchell who took the order. A new pump will be delivered tomorrow! Most grateful.

They delivered two damaged radiators both the same size if they replace one i can fix the two radiators but, and wont even answer my emails that included pictures of the damage caused in transit, i intend to report them to the OFT as this seems a regular theme with this company going by the recent reviews and i will contact my credit card company to recover the cost of the two damaged items.
Poor after care, bought a boiler and radiators for the whole house. Two radiators developed rust contacted Mr Central Heating but was told it was my fault and after replying to their blame email I have been ignored.
Ordered a new boiler last Thursday, it was delivered Friday morning, exceptional services at a fantastic price. Delivery driver very polite and helpful. Brilliant company to deal with when I rang them to discuss my purchase they couldn’t have been any better. Absolutely brilliant.

We received a text 3 days ago to tell us that our radiator order number 100246262 would be delivered today tuesday 7th. By 4.30 it had not arrived. Iphoned the number given 02085953143
And was told that their information was that it wouldn't be delivered until Thursday 9th. I told him of our text and date and that we had a heating engineer booked for tomorrow 8th. An apology but complete abbragation of responsibility.A following polite exchange with my husband developed in to a very angry one when he hit the same brick wall.If the radiator quality is the same as the service of this firm I dread to think of it.We will look to recover the fee thay will now be due to the heating engineer via legal channels.
NEVER AGAIN.
A phone call this morning.Caller apologised but "could neither explain nor comment on what had happened" Instead rushed into an offer to deliver tomorrow and refund delivery charge of £7.50. Said that this no way met the wasted plumbing time charge of £30.She said that "we shouldn't have ordered a
plumber" Asked if she knew how difficult it was to get a plumber but she brushed it off.Repeated that we had a written text confirming the delivery date as Tuesday and that formed a contract. Also declined the offer of free delivery tomorrow and accepted her first offer to refund the cost of the radiator and shop elsewhere.
Needless to say we will continue to pursue the matter. This firm

Dreadful. Wouldn't use this company If they were the last company selling the product I wanted. No customer service, faulty goods and waiting months for refund. Rude staff etc.....

What's with all the one stars???
I have bought p± double radiators and trv valves for my house and fitted them with no problems any issues and they send replacements ASAP via special delivery. This is via their Tamworth branch. Love Mr Central Heating and will buy again.
Very poor company, avoid at all costs. I ordered what I thought was a combi boiler, boiler arrived in tatty box I foolishly accepted. Opened box to find boiler incorrect( system not combi boiler) repackaged but informed I could not return as I had opened box!!!
Nonsense, how do you check item without opening box?? Gas safety regulations have no mention of not being able to check boiler without opening box??
Total rip off company just want your cash!!! Website not at all clear, search for combi boiler and both system and combi in results, with no clear distinction. System boiler also shows 28kw hot water, very unclear. Box also doesn't give clear description. Your customer service operator said boiler was now discontinued so basically you misled to make sale. Box had obviously already been opened.??

Quick delivery and rads in good condition
Had to take a raw radiator back that had. a bad colour match. It was in box with all bits and pieces and not fitted or out of clingfilm covering. They exchanged grudgingly and felt if they could have they would have refused. Wont use again as screwfx and other suppliers are much easier to deal with.
