Estimated delivery time
would have been nice if an accurate timeframe for delivery could be given at the time when the order was confirmed. I waited for 3 days (the usual delivery time according to their website) and there was no sign of it. I had to telephone them on the 4th day to find out when I could expect the delivery. It arrived eventually on the 7th day after I placed my order.

Glass in soil/compost mix
Ordered the soil/compost recycled mix. I know when buying recycled products, you can’t expect perfection, but the soil was literally riddled with bits of broken glass. The only positive was that the people that work here are reasonable and refunded me without issue.
