Bad customer service
I sent my iPhone 13 Pro Max to Mresell . Though they it all finalized quickly, The communicationis and the timing of the pay out is very bad. Also, the customer service is not as good as I had hoped.
Because I saw Mresell finalized the revision, I wanted to make sure when the money would land in my account. On their website it says 2 to 3 busines days. I chatted with Maria and she was very rude: COME BACK AT LUNCHTIME she wrote . This is not how you treat customers that you still need to pay.

Be very careful when sending your stuff…
Be very careful when sending your stuff and make sure you read all the fine print. A non-EU keyboard (like the standard US international) will bring their offer down by 150 euros and you have to pay a hefty 'service' fee to get your laptop back.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your service. However, the keyboard layout is not in fine print, it actually is one of the main questions during the registration procedure. It is clearly asked if it is an EU or non EU layout and you answered it to be an EU keyboard, which it clearly is not. Had it been answered correctly, you would get the price deduction right away and would not need to send it in and pay the service fee. The service and administration fee of 39€ is charged to cover the costs we incurred in processing your order, which is also described in the terms and conditions. Nevertheless, we still hope that after some time you will visit us again and fully enjoy our service. All the best, your mResell Team <3

Top condition macbook pros and on time delivery
We ordered our laptops with DHL Express on a Saturday and by mid Tuesday they arrived. Both ordered macbook pros are in top condition, can't really tell they are second-hand: one is 2017 and the other 2018. Very happy with mresell! I would definitely recommend it!

Selling your computer to mResell, dont do it!
Selling your Macbook to mResell is a worse service. First offer of €240 was lowered by a second one with alleged comment that battery was too old. This is a lie, I fully checked the MacbookAir before I sent it, not only by Apple software but also by other diagnostic software. The second price offered was €150. So the price was another bad gesture, a new battery can be purchased somewhere between €29 and €60, so €90 difference is just putting up the finger to the selling client.
