I have been a long-time customer with MrLogbook and have always been impressed with their level of service. Sad is knowledgeable and friendly and always goes above and beyond to ensure that my car is running smoothly. He take the time to explain everything in detail and provides me with options to choose from. Over the years, I have had major and minor repairs done with MrLogbook and have always been satisfied with the quality of work. The pricing is transparent and fair, which is important to me as a customer. Sad truly cares about his customers and their cars, which is why I keep coming back. i left a few messages for Sed and he did not return my call. I also filled and online quote - no response. I booked a service online - no reponse. How is his customer service good??

Look no further for a mechanic - Sed is the real deal. He's honest, knowledgeable, and experienced. He went above and beyond during my pre-purchase car inspection to make sure I understood exactly what was going on. On top of that, he's very competitively priced, though he's undoubtedly worth much more. Would enthusiastically recommend his service.

Would Definitely recommend, went above and beyond in my repair. already looking to book in again for a service. It didn't feel like the classic random guy rocks up, all grouchy and half lazily fixes your car because he gave up on life, then charges you an arm and a leg because most won't know better, rather it felt like a mate was turning up to save the day and even learnt things along the way, was definitely a refreshing change.
It also ended up being cheaper then quoted and saved 300 because I didn't end up needing a certain part albeit i wouldn't of known otherwise and could of easily been ripped off but he was straight up in pointing that out without having to, which shows good character.

Fantastic car technician he found many problems that my Audi car had the Audi company said they had fixed and they actually didn't he proved everything to me and save me thousands will only deal with Mr Log Book he's just great in all areas, on time ,great customer service , fantastic on price and I can't recommend him enough he really knows his work which is so hard to find these days highly highly recommend
