Mr Muck’s Garden Supplies is an established family business now spanning over 3 generations of the Blair family, Which has been supplying high-quality manure, composts, and soil improvers since we established in 1996. We have grown since our early days and now have distribution centers in Yorkshire, the Midlands and Lancashire but our business still offers the same quality products and a high level of customer service with many happy repeat customers. Our products are perfect for small town gardens, allotments, stately homes & we supply many schools and local authorities throughout the UK. We cater for small orders from 10 sacks to full arctic loads carrying 2000 sacks.

Product looks good

Product looks good. We shall know more after next year‘s vegetable harvest. Some bags split, but that could be the transit.

Highly Recommend

I have been very pleased with the product every time I have placed an order with Mr Muck over the past few years. It has always been well rotten (and therefore a nice consistency to work with and not offensive smelling), I have never found anything in it like plastic, rocks, glass etc, that you can get from cheap composts. And fruit & veg grows very well in it as it is highly nutritious and holds moisture very well. Also I have not found it to contain the harmful weed killer pyralid. There are cheaper composts which are rubbish, and there are high quality composts that are crazy expensive, Mr Muck hits the sweet spot being very good quality at a reasonable price, you will not be disappointed.

Repeat customer but no customer service response

Repeat customer of black gold and mushroom compost. Great products and delivery. However I miss out on the 10% discount when using PayPal (other methods automatically add onto but PayPal doesn’t facilitate it). Wrote to mr muck and got no reply again ( done on two orders in a year)…. Hence a three star. Customer service could be better - sorry - I love your product but…. 16985

UPDATE =I emailed Mr Muck as per their request to my feedback and awaiting feedback again ( as feedback before great product but poor customer service)….

Looks a good product.

Delayed review 'till opened bags, now done so and it looks good, time will tell regards produce.
Good delivery.
Bags started to "pop" in the hot sun, perhaps could be stronger.
