beware not the casino it used to be
After being a loyal customer for many years...they locked my account due to having a couple of decent wins and asked for several pieces of proof never asked for before...they did not acknowledge receipt of these when handed over straight away...it took two weeks to get some idea of what was going on. Once they admitted to having the information they needed...they did not unlock the account.. the wanted further bank account information for another account and then once this was handed over...did not confirm this ..so another week wasted and then only to be asked for proof of my son's disability entitlement!!!!...
I have had to hand this over which is frankly shocking...this is now the 2nd month and still no further forward with no one to contact and sort the issue out for me.
After doing a bit of research and enlisting the help of those more knowledgeable than myself it seems that this is not uncommon and that getting any winnings you have is near impossible...they do not involve themselves in arbitration...do not have someone to contact directly and have no interest in actually fixing any issue in a timely fashion...so if you put money into your MRQ account be aware you may not get it back...even when you do everything they ask of you...
They used to be a great casino...now they are just treating loyal customers like crap and making for a thoroughly miserable experience

Agree with several others on here. When I first joined thought it was a very good site. Win some, loose sum but payouts and wins seemed fair. We used to get free plays at end of month and reasonable bonus games like deposit £10 and then win extra spins when wagered £10 on any game. Now you have to deposit a specific amount to take part in end of month games and same with bonus games. More restrictive like deposit £20, 30 to play a game with free spins and some even specify okaying full amount in one game rather than spreading across own choice. Disappointing.

Unfortunately MR Q has gone downhill rapidly , you win some and you lose some but recently it’s impossible it’s like every slot is turned off and if you hit a bonus it pays £5 off a 40/60p spin I appreciate they say it’s random generator etc but unfortunately it is not very very poor , I used to be a massive fan of Mr Q but I won’t be using them no more and I would encourage others to do the same .
