6 Months to a Year ago it would have been 5 Stars, you used to win some and lose some as expected but lately it just seems to be lose. It seems to take 100s of spins to get bonuses which pay back 10% of what it cost to get. My lifetime losses seemed to have shot up. It's a shame as MRQ Was the best site for me.

Mr Q is using delaying tactics for a withdrawal, after a bank switch and a refused payment.
Current bank details were supplied and deposits made via debit card, but delays keep coming
Avoid changing banks without pre notification of the change. Not good enough MrQ

Withdrew once just to see how it works and it came through quicker than I expected. Didn’t have to wait around for it

All round smooth site and experience

So far not so good. Taken over 2 weeks to verify me. Wouldn't let me deposit untill I was fully verified.
Then said they are happy I am a real person and I can now deposit. I did and I won. I then withdrew some of the money on the 15th and it is still in pending and cant get through to anyone. Just saying it is being checked!. 6 days ago. 2 days they said as it my 1st withdrawal. Not good enough.
Games are good but withdrawals are awful.

Struggling to get verified so emailed customer service, was asked to send proof of ID and letter from
Financial institution and that would hear back with in 24 hours that was 6 days ago and they are now ignoring my emails and have my private information which I have now emailed to complain about and again my emails are being blanked …. 1 red star is to good for this company but unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars

I was happy last night with my 180 win but it went away other than that everything’s cool top me up with 180 again please thank you

My partner and I have been playing for months losing near £1000 each time we deposit and sometimes no free games and when the free games do come on £1/£2 it pays £5 only that’s rubbish

Never do you get rewards played for some time nothing most offer something not this platform they say they are random and not guaranteed yes get that but after years and nothing it's clear nothing is guaranteed .

Right from MRQ themselves

MrQ was my favorite online casino for a while but all of a sudden my withdrawals got blocked and I’ve spent 2 whole weeks jumping through hoops trying to verify, every couple of days they come back and ask for something else I’ve given them
2 forms of ID
2 forms of proof of adress
2 forms of ownership of card
Source of funds
Payslip
And they STILL want more they will come back with things like “we can’t read your card” they’re just trying to make it as hard as they can for as long as they can in the hope that you’ll eventually give up and they can keep the money. Before this I’ve never had a single problem with them

EDIT: 10 days later still nothing they are doing absolutely everything in their power to make this as long as possible and I suspect keep my £880

Amazing fun and rewarding

Absolutely appalled by a game it made me keep thinking I was going to get the bonus took over a grand off me I’m livid !!!!!!!!!! Dont trust these reviews. The site is shocking. I have deposited iver 1300 and never win or get a bonus. Stay away from the scamming companies who need fake reviews to look good
