my bed is absolutely fine come how i wanted also comfy, the missing star is for sending one person as my dad had to help bringing stuff up and down the stairs , also felt sorry for the guy doing it because he was sweating and very over whelmed.

Absolutely brilliant these guys are. My little ones are in love with their new bed. The customer service is amazing and the delivery drivers both times were extremely polite. thank you will be ordering again in the near future highly recommended

The bed is exactly what we expected but there was a piece missing, the brace bar. Without it the bottom of the bed falls through to the floor. We have reported this but told we didn’t need one. We have had to adapt and attach make shift legs to make the bed safe of storage underneath as it is an ottoman.

Bed made to order and delivered within a week of ordering, as described, quality fine, excellent value and easy to assemble.

Bed seems fine as daughter likes it. However, the after sale service is horrendous all because the bed does not come with clear instructions at all. When I contacted hem I was sent new instructions but still not for the bed I purchased. Also no phone number to contact them on. Only email and chat. Noone replied on chat and I was told I would get a call for support. When I did receive the call I was told he was only available for 30mins and not friendly at all. I got some help and said can I call back once I have assembled some of it to confirm if correct. He never picked the phone up. The guy I spoke to when I made payment was great. However, person replying to my email was just not providing good service. Would I buy from Mr Slumber again. NO. Look elsewhere I say unless they sort instructions and after sale service out. Luckily my other child chose bed from Dreams.

Delivered on time and with no damage or missing parts.
The bed took about an hour to build. The instructions were not the easiest to follow but we got it built.

No urgency with maples for bed stead, no urgency or that they cared so I had to reorder. Not a great start to a customer experience, hope delivery is better.

Fantastic company and the gentleman who delivered and built the bed was one of the nicest guys I have ever come across.

Kept upto date re delivery bed and mattress are great even for my 6foot grandson

Great communication when ordering and Good quality bed. Only disappointment was the instructions to build the bed were a little useless. Tho after searching YouTube and finding a video to pretty much the same style ottoman bed it was a lot easier to build.

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical buying a head board from a site I had not heard of previously, however I am so glad I did! The head board is beautifully made and came within a few days of being ordered. It was such good value for money too, being nearly half as much in price as the next nearest competitor. Please don’t let the fact Mr Slumber isn’t a big name brand put you off buying from here- I’m so incredibly happy with my head board and highly recommend!

The ottoman gas lift bed I ordered arrived quickly and it was very well protected and packaged. One man delivery - he did well with the heavy sections on a hot day. Instructions for assembly are pretty poor, but I found a video online for a similar bed and all became clear.
I think it should be stated in the descriptions that the ottoman beds do not have bases. First time I've purchased one that doesn't, so I'm not comfortable to store bedlinen in the space as I don't want it to be laying on the floor. Will need to make a base.
The bed shown in the website photo has feet and is raised off the floor, however, the actual bed has no feet and rests directly on the floor.
The gas lift mechanism is extremely stiff - rises perfectly, but takes two of us to push it back down, but I'm sure this will ease with use.
The finish of the bed is mostly okay, but corner edges where material is folded are not very tidy and I have to say that I didn't expect to have staples on view at the foot end of the bed! These are visible all along the top edge.
Assembled, the bed seems to be sturdy, but is not yet in use due to decorating.
The bed is okay overall, but have given only 3 stars due to the issues mentioned.
Update - there were several fixings (nails or staples) that were not flat beneath the upholstery. I believe these would eventually wear through the material if left, so have hammered them down as much as possible, using padding so as not to damage the material. I really hate being able to see the stapling at the foot end that I mentioned earlier in this review.

Quick delivery, emailed with delivery date straight away. Man who delivered was excellent gave us a phone call an hour before hand and was nice and friendly. Quality of bed is lovely super pleased

The bed is just beautiful and so easy to assemble

From ordering to delivery the whole experience was positive. The only criticism I would have is the building instructions for the bed weren’t very good.
