This is my second time using Mrs Muscle and they are honestly a wonderful, non-judgemental, efficient, lifesaver of a team. I'm a single middle-aged lass with health issues who lives alone with my beloved six pets. My chronic condition means I get bogged down trying to function and cleaning just goes in the too hard basket. Thankfully Mrs Muscle has sorted me out twice now with the best deep clean/squalor clean imaginable. Everything sparkles. The cupboards are organised properly. I could eat lunch off the floor! They are lovely people too and very kind and thoughtful with pets in the house. Will definitely use again and thoroughly recommend, especially if you've let things go and need a complete reset. The mental peace of a clean house is rather under-rated!

Mrs Muscle Cleaning made the whole process easy and stress-free. We had very short timeframe to organise everything for our move but they responded quickly to my emails and helped arrange an End of Lease clean straight away. Great communication and very easy to deal with.

Mrs Muscle cleaning was excellent - Jayne and the team were super helpful, diligent and over 2 days - (and during a summer heatwave) removed massive amounts of furniture, junk and papers from my uncles' house. He had a 4 bedroom house with 14,000 books in it. He hoarded items at the house for 43 years.

The contrast 2 days later was impressive - we have now empty rooms and I am able to see the floors in the house and the concrete and space in the garage for the first time in decades. :-)

I suffer from depression and social anxiety, and I strongly suspect that I have ADHD, and over the years, I allowed my home to get into a rather dismal state. I couldn't keep living like that anymore, and I knew I couldn't do it myself, so I looked into getting professional help.

I'd had a look online and saw that Mrs Muscle Cleaning reviews were quite positive so I got in touch. We arranged a day and time that the cleaners would be at my home, and the size of the job didn't seem like an issue.

On the day, the cleaners arrived, and after a brief introduction, quickly got down to work. And work they did! They were on the go basically from the moment they got here til the moment they left, and it shows! I don't remember my home being cleaner in recent memory. Nothing was a problem for them, and the amount of junk that left my home that day... so much! Rubbish was removed, old tatty clothes were thrown out, some long replaced appliances also gone! Spider webs eradicated, dishes washed, and the floors were swept, mopped and vacuumed.

What really stood out for me though, other than the excellent job they did, was how friendly, professional and understanding everyone was who I was in contact with, via email or in person on the day. As mentioned before, I have a few issues, but everyone was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and made me feel much more comfortable. They also kept me up to date with what was being done, and they would ask me whether things should be kept or thrown out.

I'd get them back in a second if I ever needed a big job done like that again. I don't even think my praise here is enough, honestly. I couldn't be happier with my dealings with them though, and would recommend them to anyone!

Jayne was fantastic from start to finish, including clearing additional time to return to the location once the true scope of the job (deceased estate) became apparent. Highly recommended!

Sorry to say this company isn't worth a point of a star! Ever!! They don't do what they say they are going to do... I'm not a competitor... I was calling out for a professional to handle an embarrassing situation.. which you said you handle & not to feel embarrassed... You came to do the quote & gave the impression that you don't handle these situations.. you lied after taking pictures of my mother's furniture who has dementia, Parkinson's and clearly couldn't look after the situation of her house & promised to have the quote submitted by that evening you failed! Thank you because we found real people who understand & have empathy to the situation and has submitted their quote.. on time..

Buying a house can be very stressful at the best of times and ensuring that it is cleaned to the highest standard is another stress that you can do without.

As soon as I spoke to Jayne from Mrs Muscles Cleaning the feeling of stress was removed and replaced with a feeling of calmness. Jayne explained what the Mrs Muscles team would do and as she spoke I could sense the passion, pride and professionalism in her voice. She made me feel very comfortable. Jayne answered all of my questions and nothing was too much trouble.

As always actions speak louder than words and Jayne and her wonderful team of well trained and dedicated people delivered over and above what had been discussed.

I contacted Mrs Muscle through Facebook Messenger when trying to find a reputable company to conduct an end of lease clean on a property I had been renting for 5 years. I was communicating with Jayne about what needed to be completed. Jayne was very transparent, professional and very kind. She was willing to help, unlike other companies that were taking 1-2 business days to respond or answer any enquiries I had. Upon meeting Jayne and her colleague (sorry I did not get her name) they were both so friendly, easy to talk to, and gave me the time of day to seek clarification or go through any concerns or enquiries I had. There was passion and a love for their job. I felt like I had made the right decision and felt confident I’d be getting my bond back! Afterwards, the property was immaculate, Jayne had steam cleaned the carpets as well which came up super soft, fluffy, smelt wonderful, and were spotless! The house was basically sparkling and I felt relief that I had paid the extra money for someone else to take on the burden of cleaning as I knew I would struggle with this type of clean (First time Mother of a toddler here!). I had forgotten to empty one of the cupboards, and instead of leaving the contents of the cupboard there, the items were bagged and ready for collection for when I returned, and the cupboard was cleaned.
Jayne was also aware that I was having some issues with the real estate agents and has bent over backwards to help guide me and made sure I understood my rights as a tenant, making sure I was not being taken advantage of. She has been taking time out of her busy life and schedule just to see how the situation has been progressing and has been giving me so much support, even assisted with emails, which has resulted in not being manipulated into paying hundreds of dollars for things we are not obligated to.
End of lease cleans are expensive. That’s just the nature them. Consider the hours, use of products, paying staff, mental and physical strain just to name a few things…I am telling you, this team…is worth it. You don’t just get provided with a service; you receive support, advice and someone to advocate for you. I would definitely go to Mrs Muscle again, and recommend this company to anybody. Thank you for making such a difference to me & my family and for providing a service we will never forget 🙏 ❤️
