Money was debited 1st June, however product was not received until 11th July. Attempted to contact customer service but no response to emails or Facebook messages and telephone number was continually engaged. Product finally arrived but with instructions for a different style of bench, so had to guess how to assemble.

The two small teak tables I purchased were very well made and arrived beautifully packaged.

My order was placed with Mr teak but supplied by Mr muck. It was a sale item and self assembly. I couldn't assemble the item, a bench, according to the instructions as supplied because it had been mackled up from several other kits. The parts were mismatched and not labelled correctly. I notified Mr teak and Mr muck providing photos of the problems. I have not had a reply from either of them. The bench kit has been modified by carpentry. Not an option for everyone. Most disappointed with the lack of a response. There was no indication in advertising material that the bench had been reduced in price because of damage or construction issues. I feel let down with Mr teak and will think twice before considering using them again. Irrespective of the price.

The warranty. After 18 months the leg on my Hardwick Classic Steamer Chair snapped off. Which led to a cross member snapping as well. I rang Mr Teak and was told its outside the 12 month warranty.
Clearly a build quality fault. Mr Teak take no responsiblity and washed their hands with it in a brusk uncaring manner. Not sure how they can claim the furniture is well made! £250 wasted. BE WARNED!

I have not yet seen the bench but will see it this Saturday. The order process and delivery to a remote area was excellent and very quick given the actual location. Impressive!!

I was unsure about a couple of things so rang the company and spoke to a really nice gentleman who answered all my questions. The bench arrived on time and was easy to assemble with easy instructions. It's of very good quality and my husband loves it. (not an easy man to please).

With aggressive price presentation, actual product was really good, with the exception of two fixings which were simply too small for their intended purpose but, easily rectified.
Free next day delivery was a nonsense in the context of product out of stock. Even when in stock, deliver was nearer a week (after several weeks waiting for stock) than next day.
Such a shame, with proper presentation and honest, clear delivery expectation - would have been looking at a 5*!

I was aware of a delay in sending out of my order, and when I rang for a possible date it was delivered within a few days.
The bench looks wonderful and I am delighted with it.

The bench is fine, not amazing quality but fine. It arrived un-oiled and with a few old sticker makers, but fine. Delivery was delayed and communication was poor.

Very disappointing service from this company. Ordered a small coffee table which was shown with next day delivery. Since my order was placed on a Saturday, I was not really expecting delivery until the Tuesday. However, 11 days later there is still no table. I have tried numerous times to contact the company and have managed on 2 previous occasions to speak with a lady at the company who has said she will find out what is happening with my order but she has never got back in touch to update me. After 2 more days of trying to get through on the phone, and the call being continuously disconnected, I emailed the company but did not receive any response, as yet. After numerous more attempts to contact the company this morning with no success, I contacted PayPal via their online service re my order. I have since managed to get through to the company and spoke to the same member of staff who insisted that she couldn’t help me since I have registered a query with PayPal, she also failed to accept any responsibility for not updating me after previous enquiries, she was unhelpful, kept speaking over me, and was generally rude, speaking to me like I was the one in the wrong because I had contacted PayPal. Very poor service. Very unprofessional member of staff, telling me they were a family business with children to feed. Absolutely no regard for the fact that they had received money from me 11 days earlier and had failed to provide me with the table I had ordered. A joke really!

So pleased with the bench ordered as surprise birthday present for other half.
Ordered the unassembled option. Easy to put together and looked really good.
He was chuffed.

Bench is pretty average for the price. Some joints didn't line up and needed drilling to accept dowels.
Delivery was 24hours late and to the wrong address.

When we went to the warehouse we were greeted by the company owner and shown around. We knew what benches we wanted and asked some questions regarding our choice and were happy with the answers given.
The benches were delivered in the expected time and were very well wrapped. Good value for money.
We are delighted with our purchases.
