Be prepared to be out of pocket and receive the wrong shoes
Shambles.Bought a pair of Alexander Mcqueens for the wife's Christmas present.Received around 12th December.They sent the wrong size (a uk 6 euro 39 instead of a uk 5 euro 38,too big for the wife),but was too late to send them back as no guarantee i would have them for Christmas.Contacted on 27th Dec about returning and replacing with the correct size.Was told to send back for refund as didnt know when they would be getting stock again.Would not change to a different colour or anything (sale was now off and shoes were back to full price,and were not prepared to sort their mistake).Ended up costing me £19 out of my own pocket through their paypal refund and the recorded postage (which i had to pay!) Sorry but a customer should not be out of pocket for a mistake that YOU made Mr Trendz.

Hi, the item you ordered was a Mens UK 5 which was the item that was sent. I believe you thought a Mens UK 5 / EU 39 was the same as a Women's UK 5 / EU 38 which is where the problems was. We was unable to change to a Women's UK 5 / EU 38 as we're currently out of stock in the that style and didn't know when the restock date would be. Once received back we issued a refund.

Excellent service! Ordered some Valentino’s after being let down by one the large suppliers and came across Mr Trendz, and so glad I did! Ordered Wednesday morning and they arrived just over 24 hours later! I will 100 percent use them again, I’ve been very satisfied with both the first class service and the lovely trainers! Top class experience from start to finish! I will have a very happy lad this week on his birthday!

McQueen T-Shirt.
This was my 2nd time in ordering from Mr Trendz.
I was disappointed my delivery arrived later than the website stated. After emailing customer service, I was told due to the Christmas period things would take a little longer to arrive But if this was put on there website stating longer deliveries expected, I wouldn’t of had any reason to contact them regarding this little issue.
For me as a customer, I think the customer service department team should putting a notice on the website if deliveries are going to be delayed and make sure the customer is contacted and told.

Hi Irene, apologies for not being able to deliver next day before midday during the Christmas period, this option has been disabled since November during ours/DPD's busy period. I'm glad to see that your item was delivered as per the selected method at checkout 'Next working day if order is placed before 3pm' by arriving before 6pm the following day.
