Deposit not reflecting on balance
I just deposited £75 via Apple Pay and it is not showing in my account. However it does show the transaction was successful on my bank account. I then deposited £55 using Apple pay again and that reflected on my balance instantly but the previous £75 deposit via the same method still hasn’t arrived. Live chat gets you no response and when you click “contact us” on the website you get no confirmation or acknowledgment if anything has gone through. No email or anything. Can’t even locate their customer service email address.
