8 days in transit for a 100km journey. 10 days for200km journey. Response was "The shipment has not yet arrived, it is delayed en route. When it arrives at your agency, it will be put in distribution. We apologize for the inconvenience." Really useful info - not. How can they deliver a lost parcel!! MRW take no ownership of the problem. Please dont use them

It’s 0 stars. Their customer service does not exist. I can see the package driving around the south of Spain, but it will never arrive because I am not there, and there is no way to tell them.
There is no human being that you can talk to.
Also, their system/service cannot handle international phone numbers

I would strongly urge you to ask the supplier which transport company they use and if it is this one, then avoid them at all costs.

If your business has 5000+ negative reviews you clearly should not be operational and you should clearly not use such a company in your supply chain. It hurts your business.

I called their customer service number to track a package and they tell me (based on my zip code) to call a number beginning with “8” which doesn’t work. I called back and they told me to call from a landline or another mobile carrier. I don’t have a landline or another mobile phone carrier. No help whatsoever!

Tuve que cancelar mi envío porque faltaba parte de lo que enviaba y llamé a atención al cliente, donde me informaron que debía cancelarlo en la tienda donde lo pedí. Les dije que lo había pedido online, no en una tienda física, y repitió lo mismo y simplemente colgó, sin ningún interés en ayudarme. Llamé al MRW local para ver si podían ayudarme, pero resulta que cierran a las 14:00 y después, ni hablar. No puedo creer que esta gente sobreviva. ¡No se acerquen!

I needed to cancel my dispatch since part of what I was sending was missing and I called customer service - who informed me that it has to be cancelled in the shop where it was ordered. I told them that it was ordered online, and not in a shop and she repeated what she had said and then simply hung up, clearly not interested in helping. I called the local MRW to see if they could help, but it turns out that they close at 2 pm and after that, no way. I can't believe these people survive. Stay away!

I bought a product on Trekkinn on the 21st of February, expecting to receive the product on the 25th of February (as mentioned by the store). I need the product for a trip that i was making on the beggining of March.
The product, according to the store was shipped through MRW on the 24th of February.
Meanwhile I still haven't receive the product. MRW tracking shows no new information updates since the 24th of February.
After multiple attempts of contacting MRW they provided fuzzy information about the situation.
Finally, today after insisting a lot with MRW they said that probably the package was lost.
So, I had to insist a lot with MRW to know what happened with the shipment! This is not a transparent and clear business practice.
This clearly a red flag for me. To avoid in the future.

The item I bought in Spain was not delivered, the tracking didn't work, they said I wasn't in but I was and now between them and the company Tradeinn where I bought it, are total scams in my view. The company should be shut down. I believe it is owned by the Corales family and has expanded it but the service is disgraceful and non existent and I can't get a refund. They must be hugely embarrassed with all these dreadful reviews.

Absolutely horrible... this is simply not a serious company, as the astonishing numer of very angry reviews suggests!! Avoid them if you can!

1 star only because you can’t give it less. I payed extra for priority shipping. After the package was already in transit, they changed the status to “incomplete shipping address”. I copy/pasted my saved address. This isn’t an error, this is fraud. Will be reporting to the BBB

Very bad. I would not use them by choice. Deliveries don't arrive and support is very very bad.

I ordered a beauty cream as a christmas gift, it arrived 2 weeks late, the courier MRW delivered the merchandise and right away opened the pack and the jar was empty!!!

I sent right away an email to the pharmacy with the photograph and call the pharmacy and they told me that they would contact MRW. After several weeks asking for news they told me that MRW said that they could not track any problem!!

This has been the worst experience of my life with any purchase online!!

I wish I could rate MRW delivery service with zero stars, as my experience has been nothing short of terrible.
I am extremely frustrated with MRW delivery service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the worst I've ever encountered. Every time I place an order, they mark it as "the recipient was not at home," which is simply not true.

I've tried reaching out for help, both to the store I purchased from and to MRW, but all I receive are generic responses apologizing for the inconvenience without any real solutions.

Despite providing clear instructions about the doorway location, I’ve now failed to receive my order for the tenth time in a row. The delivery person only calls for a split second, and when I try to call back, there's no response. Even my SMS inquiries have gone unanswered.

It's baffling that other competitors never have issues locating my address and often send an SMS the morning of the delivery. After all this, I’m incredibly tired of facing the same problems with MRW.

I sincerely hope this gets addressed soon, as it’s becoming increasingly frustrating.

Electrobueno sent me a gas hob on 13.12.2024 with an assurance on the website that delivery takes 24 to 48 working hours. Well, they must have made a mistake! With this ****** courier company, delivery takes 12 to 48 days, not hours. Today, 03.01.2025, I received the parcel. About 3 weeks!
And in the meantime, they didn't even bother to deliver it to my home. There was information right away that I was expecting it at the collection point, which is in another city! Impudent rudeness.
Then the parcel was on its way back to electrobueno, after my intervention with the seller, and 2 emails to mrw, they wrote that the delivery would be on 31.12.2024. Of course, they lied as always, judging by the reviews.
Ask sellers what they ship with, if MRW, better buy elsewhere.

They (MRW) LIE about the address not being complete, and therefor they could not deliver!
I use GLS, Correos Express, CTT, and others. with always the same address, and they can ALL find me perfectly, except MRW.
MRW never bothered to call me, they just send an email that my package is not delivered.
Now I must call them?
There website does not give any option to eg. choose a dropoff point or rearrange a second delivery.

Absolutely appalling, the delivery address is a well known camp site, easily found on Google and othe search engines, MRW could not find it of course and state it doesn't exist, it is in a town and it's the largest property in the town centre of EL Berro with a post code of 30848, what hope has humanity got when relying on these simpletons to not do their job?

Which company hires this business?
They claim to have attempted a delivery while I was at home, which is completely false. It takes me 10 minutes to go down and reach the nearest office, and they tell me the delivery person is already far away and won’t be able to deliver today. They said, “We’ll see.”

I can understand if there was some other issue, but being at home, with the building door open, and a visible concierge at the entrance, it seems very suspicious and prone to dishonesty that no attempt was made.

Are the employees lying, or do the orders come from higher up?

MRW must use terrible mapping and location software. They don’t use Google maps or any popular mapping software. The drivers either don’t receive or don’t respond to texts with location instructions. Most other companies with one exception can locate us. But MRW is inconsistent and does not provide their drivers with the right tools or alternative tools to do their job effectively. They need to provide their drivers with a consistent set of tools that includes using text for locations as well as various geo location software options for customers to send instructions. I also don’t understand why the same address in their system can be found by some drivers but not others. After a first successful delivery to a difficult to find location is made, their internal software should provide the needed information to their drivers.

I purchased an item on Oct 20th and delivery was scheduled for Oct 23rd by MRW. By Oct 30th, I did not receive the package or any communication from MRW so I went to the MRW website. The website said the delivery address provided was incorrect. I checked the address and it was correct; I have had many other packages delivered to my address by other shipping companies. On Nov 3rd I sent a message to MRW to inquire about the package. The next day (Nov 4th), the status of my package on the MRW website changed to 'next delivery fixed'. I guess that means delivery was scheduled. On Nov 6th, I received an email from MRW stating that the package was sent back to the shipper because I refused the packaged. I was home all day. No one came to deliver a package. Why is MRW in business if they do not want to deliver packages? Bottom line, avoid this company. If you buy a product from a company that uses MRW, request shipment by a different shipping company or buy your product from another seller. MRW is an absolute nightmare!

This company are unbelievable, they are obviously cheap which is which companies use them, but the service is 'Meirida' They always call you, and when you start to speak they hang up, then you cannot call back. You then receive instant no reply email stating incorrect delivery address, always the time near spanish lunch or later in the day , its clear they are just getting paid by MRW and the company bosses have no idea what the delivery staff are doing

if it was my business i would read these reviews, sack them all and start again
and rebuild company..
its clear nobody cares as i see 1* already , when really thats yo kind, zero rating is more accurate..
I have emailed amazon , bikeinn, zara, leroy merlin etc to advise of the issues with MRW i have again cancelled my order after weeks of delivery games
