I was sent parcels twice in the last 2 months from Amazon suppliers, nothing wrong with Amazon or the suppliers but MRW failed to deliver on both occasions.

I was on a trip to Spain and ordered a package to be delivered to my hotel. It was scheduled so that I had days to spare if the order got delayed, but nothing could have prepared me for their amount of incompetence.
One day after the scheduled date of delivery, I was contacted to confirm the address and telephone number and at the same day I was said that they failed to find the correct place (a huge hotel with 24h receptionist...). Let's be honest, they didn't even try.
For the following two weeks there was a constant back and forth of them trying to confirm the address and me providing unmistakable directions. After that they simply said the package was refused and are returning it to the sender.
No staff at the hotel (with 24h reception...) had any contact with any MRW delivery personnel.
So now I'm being reimbursed for the product by the sender, but not for the delivery fee.
MRW is just a scam.

I was expecting a parcel since October 1st and I wasn’t sure why it did not arrive. Today I received a call from the delivery man and he started shouting at me, saying the parcel had been going from one place to another because the address was incorrect. He was extremely rude, and used impolite language to address me. The truth is, however, that I had nothing to do with the mistake, it was the company who sent it that wrote it incorrectly.

If I could give no stars I would . They said they couldn't deliver my parcel as the address was incomplete. It was exactly as I'd given on the order on the box which was correct . Presume couldn't be bothered driving onto the urb from the main road . I went to their office to collect it myself. It wasn't there but the very helpful lady in the office spoke to the driver asking him to return to the office as we were waiting . 5 stars to the office staff zero to the driver
First-class amateur company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
These are truly the most amateur clowns of all transport companies. First of all, they don’t show up on the agreed and stated delivery date, and even though it says they are on their way, they just don’t come. Secondly, without giving me any update, they suddenly claim three days later that my address is incomplete. I double-checked this, and the address is perfectly correct; I always order things to this address and it always goes well. Thirdly, I’m supposed to call a phone number for MRW to solve it, but I tried three times, waited on the line for over 30 minutes each time, and no one picked up. Weeks go by without any update or contact, and now I’m told they’ve returned my package to the sender. I wish companies would stop using this company for their business because they are a bunch of first-class amateurs.
Urgent delivery took 4 days
I paid 8 euros for an “urgent” next day delivery of flowers for a birthday and it took them 4 days. The result: the birthday was over and the flowers were too late. No thank you, no more.

Am waiting 10 days for my order and still waiting. Last 6 days package has been stuck in local delivery center, yet every day being scanned for the tracking and not being delivered. I guess they can't be bothered driving the 10 mins to my house..
Customer support is non-existant, the phone just says they don't have available agents and then it hangs up. What a joke! Ridiculous company and will never ever use them again.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with MRW, a delivery company that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend to anyone. I ordered a flower delivery from Floraqueen for a birthday, only to have MRW deliver it to the wrong address.
When I contacted MRW to resolve the issue, I was met with a rude and unprofessional response. Their emails were riddled with grammar errors, which made it even more difficult to communicate and resolve the problem. Instead of offering a solution or an apology, their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid using MRW for your delivery needs. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service are simply not worth the risk.

Currently MRW is a complete disaster. Packages that do not arrive and spend days and days "In Transit". You call and they don't know where the shipment is or when it will be delivered to you.... Horrible transportation company and not recommended at all.
Worst company on Earth
I just moved into a new flat and scheduled my new mattress for delivery on July 1st, the day I moved in. First they (allegedly) attempted to make the delivery on Friday the 28th, when obviously no one was in because our lease started on July 1st. Then they attempted to phone me to reschedule. My phone rang twice and they hung up. I tried calling them back and they never picked up. Long story short, my first night in my new flat I’m gonna have to sleep on the floor. Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced. It’s like they’re actively trying to alienate their customers.
Daylight Robbery
had to pay 20.47 euros for a 50ml aftershave delivery because the team at MRW put the weight of the packet at 1kg. Not even close. It took them three days to deliver it. Not happy with the service here, I won't be using them again, absolute disgrace.
