The worst company ever

The worst company ever
They delivered passport for my mum. Once arrived at our house, he called. My mum was at home, but with 77 years not that quick, it took just a minute to open a door. He called me again he couldn't wait that long (5Minutes), disgusting!! We waited the whole day at home, as they do not announce delivery times!!!

DISGUSTING COMPANY

Would like to give NO stars but unfortunately it wouldn’t let me. Disgusting company. The hotel gave me this appalling company to supposedly send back my left items from the hotel in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria which they collected and then gave me a fixed price in euros for the shipping. I immediately paid the said shipping and informed them to which they wanted confirmation which I sent. Nothing was heard from them so after giving them 1 week I emailed to ask when my items were shipped. The reply was they hadn’t been shipped as I needed to pay them another €22 as the company had been charged a commission fee! I DID NOT pay the extra amount they were asking as the same thing would happen again. I asked for my items to be returned to the hotel. I then raised this with my bank who immediately refunded the amount and hopefully will get the funds back from this disgusting, unbelievable, horrible, company who don’t appear to be ethical. WARNING: PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Smashing delivery vans.

After shipping my Lexus SC430 from the UK to Spain without so much as a finger print I waited for MRW to deliver my spanish registration plates. The van entered my large gated car park and crashed straight into my pride & joy.
The company ignored all correspondence and today after publishing the entire episode from cctv their insurance company has contacted me. Almost a year to the day.
Don’t let them on your property.

Disgusting company,waited for a parcel…

Disgusting company,waited for a parcel never arrived,then they said it was delivered,wrong,they had delivered it to wrong house,got my wrong id number,never even apologised,parcel arrived a week later, throw over my wall in the garden.don't use this company EVER .Again zero stars

What a disappointment

What a disappointment. I had ordered a watch a few years back and everything had gone well. I'm sad to notice that the service has been worsening by a lot. This time I tried to get some goods but the delivery failed 3 times. I got in touch with the delivery company "MRW" and was even treated badly on the phone. Tried to reach out to Tradeinn to say that I don't care about the package at this stage I just want to be refunded and the customer service there was even worse. First you can't even see the history of your correspondence on the website so basically each time I get in touch with a new operator I have to explain everything again. Then it seems they don't read not even care what I have to say. Last time I got in touch today and after explaining everything in detail for the third time and expressing all the grief and disappointment I was experiencing this is how the chat went (true story):

Nick: It's all above can you see it?
Chris: have you contacted MRW??
Nick: No!!!! I don't want to!!!!

Seriously no comment... Now of course I'm gonna have to file a complaint with Paypal and waste more time. Please do not buy on Tradeinn. The money you save off the purchase you'll have to spend later to resolve issues that will inevitably arise.

worst experience ever when buying…

worst experience ever when buying cartridges. Do not trust this website, and do not trust MRW as a courier. The ink company says they sent my parcel and that they are trying to find my delivery, and the courier won't pick up calls or reply to emails. STAY AWAY from both companies. THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME. AVOID 123INK and MRW at all costs. After looking on the internet I can also find many other bad reviews of their sketchy services, and it looks that I have lost my money spent on ink for my printer.

Another bad experience…… I have a…

Another bad experience…… I have a package coming from Legrand France to Spain.
MRW informed me they would deliver within 72 hours. The following day, while out, I received a message saying “failed delivery” I used the link in their message to book a new delivery.
Made the new booking and received a confirmation e-mail. Waited in all day on the arranged delivery day, no delivery.
E-mailed and requested could I go and collect from their depot. No response in two days.
The shipping company have recorded my delivery as received!!
MRW’s tracking says “next delivery arranged”…the arranged delivery was 3 days ago!

Terrible company whose customer service…

Terrible company whose customer service is awful! Ordered a product from BikeInn, they say they sent the parcel on the 9th November, have sent photos of the package wrapped and labeled. MRW tracking shows the item being collected and then it disappeared. MRW don't respond to any emails or messages. On the phone the office where it should have arrived, Calpe, say they haven't received it so there's nothing more they can do apparently. They can't call any other office to find out what has happened. I am now without my package which I've paid for with apparently no more information available from MRW. I am now in the process of filing a complaint via the hojas de reclamacion. DO NOT USE, the worst!

Never uses MRW for your delivery

My experience with MRW is terrible! They neither came the day they should, nor ringed my doorbell when they were on spot. They passed by my house 5 times without ringing my door but lied that we were not at home. I have to pay for their delivery service without received my package. Never make an order from a company who hires MRW for delivery!

This is the awful company i have had…

This is the awful company i have had experience in Spain,Madrid. they do not send item to the door, no text or sms or email. All I can see on tracking no one at home where was waited for the item whole week at home. From now on I always check the item which company they send from, if i see MRW or SEUR i do not order item. Horrible company in my life experience in Spain. no good customer service, they do not provide nothing good

Waited three days - liars and unprofessional

Waited three days, in the house, they claimed that they tried to deliver but never did. I got a refund from the brand and they said that they would deliver prior to 12pm. At 3 pm I walked 30 minutes to MRW offices, the package hadn't even left their storage. The place was a mess with packages spilling onto the street. Absolutely unprofessional, dishonest. A scam.

I lost time, the brand lost a purchase and had to refund my money. Awful.

They blame the customer

As usual, if you have a problem with any large business then the responsibility and blame are always shifted in the direction of the client. I shipped a package that contained glass bottles to Switzerland at a significant cost of 70€. I informed them before sending it contained strong glass bottles and they were in a specific box that wrapped each bottle separately with reinforced cardboard. I was told it would be OK. Unfortunately, it arrived at the destination broke and had to be thrown away. To add insult to injury I was told that I should have reported it within 40 hours after it was received. I was actually on holiday and couldn't attend the office until I returned. This is a terrible service and I left the premises feeling that it was my fault and that they would not take any responsibility. Sadly I lost 150€ because of it. I'm self-employed and that is a big loss. I am disappointed in the way I was treated in front of the staff and customers who were also in their office.

Bad delivery company

Don’t buy products from companies that send the package with MRW Spain. It is a hoax of a company. They claim the address is wrong and force you to go to their office to pick it up.

Worst life wasting shipping service ever

To decorate my new home, I ordered things from different vendors like IKEA, Beliani and KARE. The communication for shipping is way better than Kave. I placed orders around the same time and got deliveries already last week.

I placed an order on Aug 7 from Portugal.
The package arrived in Lisbon already on 11 Aug but today on 22 Aug they still have not tried to deliver.

The shipment email from Kave says and I quote "The delivery company won't advise you before the delivery slot, and will make two attempts before returning the order to its place of origin."

This has created great difficulty for me to arrange my time. I can see from MRW tracking link that they are already in Lisbon but have not tried to deliver for 10 days and they will not notify you when they expect to deliver.

I guess you are supposed to give up your whole life and work and just stay in home to wait for the delivery that may or may not arrive for who knows how long, so they won't be returned to the vendor.

Also I tried to talk to some agent on Kave website "decorative" chatbox. It's either not working or you can see available agent in the box but they never reply.

Update 1
After talking to Kave, finally the shipping company MRW called me today on 24th at 10:32am saying that they would deliver within one hour around 11:30 hoping I would be home. So I rushed home from office and from an important business meeting and of course no one showed up. At 12:00 I called them. A different employee answered and said "Oh our boss decided to change the route so your furniture would be delivered in the afternoon after 2PM and we will notify you 30 mins in advance. Didn't my colleague call you to notify you". "NOOOOooooo otherwise why would I call you now?"
So I went back to the work. At 13:50, I received an email from MRW saying since I was absent from home, they could not deliver. Seriously how about after 2PM and notifying me 30 mins before??? I immediately called the service centre almost losing my temper asking for their "complaint book". Finally, the employee said he would work on it right away and all was fixed bit later. I only have two questions
1. Is my time less valuable than that of the shipping company MRW?
2. to KAVE, can you see the score of the shipping company you choose (type "mrw.es" in trustpilot)??? 1.2!!!

Complete joke of a company

Complete joke of a company. Seriously, how do these package delivery companies in Spain stay in business. They are all insanely incompetent.

Ordered something online on 1 August 2023. They first show tracking information on 7 August. On 9 August they claim they tried to deliver which is a lie because I was at the flat the entire day and the city location is not even correct. Also never received any sort of email/text/call for the attempted delivery but rather found out about the "attempted delivery" by contacting the seller.

Now it is 21 August and I've heard nothing about the package. The seller knows nothing and tells me I'll hear something from the package company?!

It's August so my guess is they probably just went on vacation and left all the packages in the shop until they decide to return in a few weeks.

In the meantime, I click the "customer service" button on their website and it leads to their TWITTER PAGE?! This can't be serious.

Somebody please shut down these incompetent package delivery companies. Seriously it is a complete joke ordering anything online in Spain.

Servicio cliente muy malo

Same experience that others have reported. I was expecting next day delivery and got an email to confirm this, I waited at my address all day, then another email was sent saying that the address was incorrect….
Appalling service and there is no way of contacting anyone, they don’t answer the phone number that is provided in their emails, absolute waste of time and very frustrating.
