I am not in the least surprised to see the appalling reviews on here about MRW. Here's my experience. I had an aircon unit that needed to go back to the manufacturer to be fixed and returned. On both pick up and return both delivery drivers refused to come up in the lift to the third floor but waited outside in the street. I'm 71 and have a bad back. For pick up, I wheeled the machine into the lift and outside through the complex grounds and the pick up the guy actually came in and carried it down a couple of flights of steps to the van -just as well because I would have been unable to. On return I had the same "I'm in the street" routine and a refusal to bring it into the complex and into the lift- it was actually a replacement, so boxed and packaged. Any sensible courier would have a trolley in the van for heavy items like aircon units, washing machines etc, but not MRW, who expect their staff to physically carry such items themselves. The return drop courier came to the street entrance without steps inside and insisted I come and help carry the unit which I did, or he wouldn't deliver. We carried it to the lift and I manhandled it from there. The guy was overweight and in worse physical shape than me by the look of him and he complained that they only normally carried small parcels. This was nonsense because the aircon unnit was manufactured by a international brand and there was clearly an ongoing contract - I will be contacting them and drawing their attention to this review. The issues about physical pick up and return aside it was abundantly clear that MRW are unable to communicate properly with clients. For pick up I was given a date and approximate time and the courier rang my mobile when he arrived, and that worked. For the return delivery I just got a no reply email (typical of Spanish businesses) with a date - no indication of morning afternoon or evening. Predictably, I was not at home when they rang my bell, because next thing I know is that I get an email to say that they had been unable to deliver - no attempt had been made to ring my mobile. I then sent an email to the general MRW address pointing out how stupid it was not to have given an approximate time for delivery and not to have rung my mobile. MRW did not reply to my email, but the next day my mobile rang and the return delivery guy was in the street insisting I come out and help carry the boxed replacement unit weighing I guess about 40kg - at 71 with a bad back I could have done without that. In conclusion I would say that this is an unhelpful carrier with next to no customer service, and I would never use them or advise others to - if I could give half of one star I would - very poor service

Same issue as many people have indicated here already. No delivered because "adress incorrect" funny cause it was A double Decathlon order and decathlon delivered their parcel within 48 hours correctlebased on the same address. Than when contacting their services, cause they dont(!) they ask can we deliver tomorrow moerning in the morning. I answer the email with yes and wait half a day.. no delivery. When I wirte them about it they respond with an attitude I didn't answer their email.IN THE SAME EMAIL CHAIN I REPLIED TO THEM... when I send the reponse with screenshot the excuse is: we didn t get the email. Yeah like anyone believes your barrage of lies and promises anymore. Title for worst delivery service worldwide goes to MRW, hands down.

worst courier company I have ever encountered for the last 3 days they say will deliver today but nobody comes. Please never use such a courier. No customer support or anything.

The most obtuse company I have ever dealt with. So void of common sense. So incapable of doing the bare minimum to deliver a package.

Worst delivery service ever. They would never deliver your package on time! Changing the date of delivery without any notice. Not possible to communicate with support. The worst experience ever!

Worst courier service i have ecer experienced... I cant even imagine how is it possible this company is still running. Totally mess. Zero contact with customer service - i bet they dont event have it. Courier was too lazy to brought me my package so he noticed the adress was wrong - it was outside of the city. Now package is lost.

Had to pick up my parcel in the office as driver couldn't find the address.
The box looks like it's been stamped on repeatedly

Did not txt or phone to say 1 pm delivery time ..So we was not at home !! Then 2 phone calls one to say collect from Benidorm office another call to say will deliver at 6 pm again . Did not deliver to house at 6 pm to go to the office they said come back at 7.30 pm .. They then delivers at home at 7 pm .. Mickey Mouse company and staff are the worst people at the Benidorm office

Everything is wrong as usual. They will tell you that they had some doubts about your home address, and when you ask them why they did not call me to verify, since you have my number - then silence, no reaction.

Horrible como (no) reparten, y horrible la experiencia en atención al cliente si les escribes por Twitter o Instagram. Como al repartidor no le apetecia ir hasta mi casa, puso incidencia de dirección erronea, que se solucionó por su cuenta al dia siguiente, en fin...Penosos

The idiot driver could not find the address, according to the tracking info. He did call, to his defense —hence 3 stars — but I could not answer.

Amazon delivers to my address, CTT delivers to my address, Vodafone delivers —everyone does except MRW, of course. Apparently, they don't know even how to use Google Maps.

Ok, administration was a little sketchy but the service was fast, efficient and great value. We had a parcel collected from Salamanca and had it delivered to Estepona (1400kms and 16-hour round trip) within two days and less than €20, brilliant, very pleased.

I received the package very fast (in 24h) and the person who delivered it is nice and friendly, he called me as he wasn't sure about the address

Waiting on a parcel they sent me a message saying they were delivering I was on holiday I called 33 times no reply got through to them eventually to be told they won’t deliver again I have to haul my ass to Rio do Moro what an awful delivery company if they would answer the bloody phone I would have re scheduled

Awful courier service. Despite a clear address, staff in attendance 24/7, they were unable to find it 🤦🏻 I receive deliveries daily at this address without problem. AVOID

Today driver pushed me when I tried to close door of our building. I didn't know who was there and just in case trying to prevent robbery, i always closing mean door. That idiot without asking if he can enter or not just pushed me (by the way i am pregnant, i did inform that non stable person about it) he started screaming that he is working. Customer service also ignoring calls and mail.

Worse company in the whole world. BE CAREFUL! They also participate in phishing scams!!

Not only that they fail to deliver and they constantly lie about the "recipient unavailability", but they also participate in phishing scams!! I received a fake message from "correosV" asking me to pay (and enter my credit card info, obviously) for changing my delivery date, as they failed to deliver the parcel due to my "unavailability" just a few minutes before I receive an official email from MRW.es. Be super careful. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

The worst delivery service ever! False tracking information, Rude drivers. Giving false information to the sender, even providing a picture as "proof" delivery had been attempted, but not of our house! After several days the only way we could get the package was an 80k round trip to collect from their office. We will never buy from any company using MRW for the delivery again.

MRW has failed to deliver my parcel from the Netherlands to Portugal. They returned it to the sender even without an attempt to deliver it to my address in Portugal! The returned parcel does not have any stamp or explanation or a reason written on it about why it was returned to the sender!

MRW no ha podido entregar mi paquete de Holanda a Portugal. ¡Lo devolvieron al remitente incluso sin intentar entregarlo en mi dirección en Portugal! ¡El paquete devuelto no tiene ningún sello o explicación o una razón escrita sobre por qué fue devuelto al remitente!

The worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with! Fake delivery attempts and bad customer service.
Reputable companies should stop using MRW!
