Thanks to all involved for our wonderful new windows.
Nothing was too much trouble for the sales and survey team, amazingly swift supply and fit too.
Our whole house installed by Tony, over 3 days, who was dependable, friendly and professional. His workmanship was perfection and we are thrilled with the result and noticeable lack of draughts!
A big thank you too to the scaffolders (Orange) - another couple of guys that were a pleasure to work with.
We would absolutely recommend MrWindows to those wanting a competitive price, great product and peace of mind in a UK company.

What a great team of guys. Tommy and his boys. Miserable wet day and a house that had windows n walls not straight loads of cutting but what a job. So pleased. The guys worked virtually non stop to finish the job. Advice from them regarding working mechanics fully explained. Cleared up well when finished Would highly recommend

So Happy, from measuring up to estimating to fitting and then aftercare, this company is setting the standard and having dealt with another company that seriously let me down we will be using Mr Window for all our doors and windows now on

I have used Mr Windows on two occasions, both occasions I have been extremely happy with the service and work provided. Found all the sales staff and fitters to be very professional and courteous at all times. Would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future

I had a new Front Door installed in my new house. From design to install I could not have been happier. The finish product was better than i hoped. Thankyou Mr Window, I would highly recommend

Had used previously. Had ‘Kevin’ round for a quote. Didn’t see the email because the subject line was the .IMG name) so text him. After the call he didn’t hang up the phone, heard him calling me a F’n muppet. If this is the respect they have for a repeat customer engaging with them on a £20k+ quote, it’s representative of their service and price. I’ll take it elsewhere, now and in the future.

Absolutely a nightmare to deal with..as previously stated I had an independent fitter to assess the windows and he confirmed the seals had gone, the Cork was soaking up moisture causing the mould..when the Mr Windows rep turned up he couldn't have been more patronising blaming the mould on everything but the windows..told me all the glass was fine,at one stage told me he could test the glass but would meen him walking to he's van and he couldn't be bothered to do that ( 10 metres away) the windows have blown again, this time took a video showing me wipe the inside and outside of the windows to prove its inside the glazing..nightmare..don't use this company

The previous owner of my flat had all new windows fitted in February of this year (2024) nobody has lived in until I moved in two weeks ago so these windows have been unused. Within ten days one of the windows no longer closes properly. So, brand new, hardly used windows just break do they? To make matters worse Mr.Window refuses to honour their warranty as I wasn't the purchaser. Surely the product is under warranty NOT a person.

Make it make sensey.

Only took you SEVEN months to reply? Customer care is a mystery to you isn't it?
Your 'policy' is NOT a legal obligation you could have easily had a look as a gesture of goodwill, if just to ensure that the fault wasn't in the installation.

As a point of fact, according to the independent contractor I engaged the fault WAS in the installation and the only reason it hadn't failed earlier is that the property was empty when the windows were installed (far be it from me to suggest that this encouraged the cack-handed installation)

Contractor corrected YOUR mistake and charged me FAR less than you wanted just to look at the windows. A fact I pointed out to your rep but was ignored (proof that shame is a genuine emotion).

I look forward to your response to this in October

Had our new composite front door fitted in July and were very happy with the whole procedure from start to finish. Excellent finish inside and out and all the team involved were very professional and friendly. We found the price good compared to others and would gladly recommend Mr Windows to anyone.

I used this Company based on the reviews so here's mine. Mr Window has just completed another installation for us, which now includes a new front door, back door, sliding doors and facias.. All completed in a timely professional manner. Only one service call for the front door for a small adjustment all handled very professionally. Kevin the Salesman also gets a nod in the process, all the fitters go about their jobs with no fuss and leave no mess, their Back Office also handle enquiries with no fuss, 5 * rating from us. Yes I would recommend this Company and use them again without hesitation.

The service from my initial contact for a price right through to the installation was fantastic.
No pressure from them, and couldn’t be more helpful whenever i called with a question. We had the heritage flush windows which look amazing. The fitters arrived on time each day, worked hard from start to finish and were very respectful of our home. They were very professional and I can’t recommend them enough. Any mess was cleared up and all of the rubbish was taken away. The workmanship was of a very high standard. I will definitely use them again.

Tony was always on time and kept us informed.

Mr Window changed my french doors for a good price. The fitter (Kirt) was on time, polite & friendly. He has done a very good job with no damage anywhere. The doors look like they have always been there.
