I have sensitive skin and react to a lot of metals, but this ring didn't brother me at all!

Sadly the quality of the ring was not good! The gold was so thin! Smaller than a piece of spaghetti! And you hide behind the small print. When ordering the ring, the 30 day money back guarantee was big and bold..... to LATER find out that 14K gold is considered CUSTOM. When in fact it is not, besides the size ordered. SOOO BUYER BEWARE gold jewelry is considered CUSTOM and NOT RETURNABLE!!!!! I have filed a claim with my credit card company with hopes of some help!!!!

I love my ring, but now having issues with it. This company is horrible to deal with. I bought my ring in March 2024, it is now beginning of July 2024, the ring is not quite 4 months old. The main stone in my ring is loose. I’ve taken pictures and sent a video as requested and customer service keeps telling me the same thing and I’m getting no nowhere: Due to the ring being sterling silver, they can not tighten the stone as it carries the risk of causing internal damage to the ring, so the ring needs to be replaced, and can not be fixed. In order to replace the ring they want $115, on top of you returning the old ring and you pay for return shipping/insurance. You complain about the replacement price, they knock down the price of a new ring to $95. My ring is clearly in good shape, I have given proof. I have made it clear I don’t want a new ring. I can’t afford to give anymore money, especially to a company that apparently has a “lifetime warranty” but that’s completely bullsh*t because the second you wear it, that compromises the integrity of the ring. Read their entire return/exchange policy. It’s not good. They can get out of fixing anything and charge restocking fees and everything else, their policy sucks and you aren’t actually get a refund or an exchange- especially if it’s been worn (even lightly), you’ll be losing money or your stuck with a defective ring. They are Jewlers but can’t fix a loose stone? Why is something like this not stated if you get something that’s Sterling silver? I’ve email my same response multiple times, I’m not giving them money for another ring. Their next “solution” was to give me a loose stone (why? What am I going to do with that?) as well as a gift card to use online at their store (no idea how much, but you know it’s not enough to buy me a replacement ring). Seriously? How does any of that help me? Why on earth would I buy anything else from you people? Nothing on their website is cheap and the last thing I want is to be dealing with customer service for another issue. So I said keep the loose stone and the gift card, I don’t want it, that doesn’t help me, but I’ll give you $50 to send me a replacement ring and I’ll ship my old one back on my dime as well). I don’t think I should have to give them $50 to replace a ring that should just get fixed, but hey, if I can end speaking to customer service because it’s been ungodly frustrating, I’ll meet them in the middle. Seemed like a fair compromise to me. Well, I got nowhere with that one and they basically sent me the same email twice.
Your “lifetime warranty” isn’t actually a warranty whatsoever, unless the jewelry your purchasing has never been worn and is still brand new.
I just want my ring fixed. This is my wedding ring. I shouldn’t have to spend another $100 as the ring is not even 4 months old. I shouldn’t be charged for a replacement, especially on something that doesn’t state by buying sterling silver will compromise the integrity of the ring structure so defects can’t be fixed. This ring isn’t old enough where this should be the customers problem. This ring should be fixed or replaced by the company, free of charge. MSblue is NOT standing behind their products. MSblue does NOT ACTUALLY HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY even though it is stated on their site.
Update 8/12/24:
After a lot of frustration and confusing responses from their customer service dept, they have finally did right by me. I feel like I had to jump through way too many hoops for them to respond the way they should have in the first place. There were a lot of confusing emails where I had to have them clarify what they actually meant, I clearly was speaking to someone where their first language wasn’t English. I spent a lot of my time between, pictures, videos, and a LOT of emails, to get the resolution I should have been given in the first place. Their customer service definitely needs work. They did end up replacing my ring, free of charge- I have already received my replacement in the mail (shipping was extremely slow).
If I wouldn’t have advocated for myself and explained how poorly they were treating a customer, I either would have been screwed out of a ring or I would have had no choice but to pay the $100 to send it back to get fixed or replaced by them depending on what they see once receiving my ring.
Put your foot down, don’t let them take advantage of you. I honestly can’t say if I will shop here again.
