Stone is foggy/looks plastic

I don’t like the ring, the quality of the stone is subpar and looks like plastic. I’m especially bummed bc compared to another ring I got from here and loved, the quality has gone downhill. This ring also doesn’t sit right on my bands so there’s a big gap between rings and I got the smallest carat. I’ve messaged with customer service several times and they won’t provide the address for my return and I feel like I’m getting the run around. Very frustrated and disappointed with the entire experience.

MSBLUE FALSE Advertisement!

I was interested in purchasing a bracelet that showed 1 price and then another price for over $100 more after I added to my shopping cart. I reached out to MSBLUE Jewelry customer service and they were not willing to honor the advertised price shown on their website. They called it a glitch and was not willing to honor price. This is misleading and false advertisement!

It looks like I have lost my ring

It looks like I have lost my ring. I’ve been in contact with the costumer service and a very sweet lady named “Cissy” was always very helpful. You have made sure that I get my replies on time and I’m panicking already that I lost the ring. I appreciate all the support from your team. I would really appreciate again if you can track down my ring as soon as possible and send my replacement as it’s gonna be my wedding band and I can’t wait to wear it. Thanks Cissy for all your hardwork.

The communication was kind of everywhere, and it said I would be here between May 27th and May 30th and it is. Now past my wedding and still haven’t received my package. And it took longer than it told me on the website

Do not order from this company

I ordered what I though were a medium to large size white gold hoops with lab grown diamonds. The picture on the website made each Diamond to like approx a quarter of a carat and there were 6 or 6 diamonds in each hoop. Earrings arrivesd, The hoops were the size of my pinly nail and the diamonds were practically invisible. I contacted customer. They refused to provide a refund as they claimed they were custom ordered. Seriously? When I told them how misleading the photos were they refused to contact me. So now For $500 I am the proud owner of a pair of earring suitable for a 2 year old!
They are unfair, misleading and unreasonable.
Stay away!

Please don’t waste ur money like I did

Please do not order from this company. The product pictures are misleading. I admit you get what you pay for. I was very disappointed with the thickness of my ring. Customer service said they would send me a new ring that was thicker. But didn’t explain they wanted me to return the old ring. Even though their website says they don’t return “ Custom” items. And it’s shady to call engraved items custom anyways.
Unlike other jewelry companies, I can’t find the owner online. Shipped from China when I told him I felt misled. they told me personally “we have branches globally, including in Singapore, Thailand, and Hong Kong.” Still sidestepping They shipped from China.
I ended up buying a second ring elsewhere. Extremely disappointed

my ring

Although it seemed like it took forever to receive my ring......it is absolutely stunning! I would take this over real diamonds any day! The workmanship is impeccable and the clarity of the stones is perfect! No one would ever know it wasn't real diamonds! I ordered on 4/27/24 and received on 5/16/24.
