I was sent the wrong item

I was sent the wrong item. Customer service was difficult to get ahold of. They made me print off a label and return the item that they had incorrectly sent before they would send me the correct item. They didn't give me any sort of discount for them screwing up my order and me having to wait several more weeks to get my item. I’m still waiting and have no ETA on when it will arrive. I’m super disappointed in the company and hope the quality of the product is what they say it is. Absolutely ridiculous.

Wow I am so excited and amazed about how beautiful and sparkly the ring looked. My fiance bought me the ring and proposed to me today. I can't stop looking at my beautiful ring. Will purchase the band ring and more.

Non-existent customer service. I need help!

I do not want to keep my purchase and I have emailed, texted and tried to chat to get a return authorization and mailing address to no avail. I do not know what to do and I am one very unhappy customer. This is ridiculous and so frustrating. Please help!

Ruby eternity band simply gorgeous

It took a little while to wait for the hand crafting of my ring, but I really love it. It’s beautiful and engraved and more than I could hope for. I’m very satisfied and I would purchase from them again. It was also great that they offer larger sizes.

Company not a US company as claims…

First the company is from China not the United States and the product looked cheap. They gave me a hard time on returning the item and charged me 30% as well as shipping it back. They probably make most of thier money on restocking fees.
