I've had to communicate regularly with them and they've been amazing. I have a very important deadline and they've done everything they can to expedite the process. If it's something you need quickly just remember custom orders can take up to 10 days and shipping another 5 to 7 days. I haven't received the product yet to rate.

SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

The overall experience with this company has been awful: I ordered a ring on 1/18 and did not receive until 2/5. As soon as I opened it, I realized that it looked very cheap and not worth $1600 that I paid. I emailed right away as they do not have a working phone number. It’s been a full business week and no one has responded. I’ve emailed several times as well as texted and WhatsApp as they suggest on their site. I have yet to even receive an automated response. Company is in China, not New York like they claim. I will be pursuing legal action since it seems like they’ve scammed many others.

Response to company: When I finally got a response after I reached out many times regarding my refund, you just sent a long email telling me the rings were real. Thats great, they still look like cheap costume jewelry and something I would never wear. You still didn’t provide refund instructions until I continued to leave reviews on your site. AND you let me know that I would have to pay a 35% restocking fee because my ring is “customized”. It was not. Your site says no refunds on customized jewelry. Again, my rings were not customized. Apparently anything other than sterling silver is customized and subject to a 35% restocking fee. And I had to pay to ship it back AND MsBlue said they will deduct another shipping fee from my refund for the shipping they spent to send to me to begin with. Even though I got “free shipping”. Again, A SCAM COMPANY. I wish I would’ve seen these other reviews before I ordered. And they’ve only refunded me $900 of my almost $1500 order after promising me a full refund in email. Please save your money!!!

UPDATE: this update is against my will but I want to be fully transparent. (Since the company said I was being one-sided.) After leaving several reviews and going back and forth for another week, this company still refuses to refund me my refund in full. Instead they offered me the total of the 35% restocking fee in form of a gift card (about $500). They sent me 5 separate gift cards. I used it to feel like I wasn’t losing out completely but realistically none of their products are worth anything. I still lost $500 in actual money. I may not even receive this order who knows.

I ordered my ring on September 19th…

I ordered my ring on September 19th after two weeks of trying to reach the company to gather confirmation that my order was received and being worked on as I did not receive ANY confirmation, they continued to ignore my requests. Early October I placed a dispute with my bank on this order and two days later received a message on instagram, although I’ve been primarily trying to contact them via email, stating the ring was ready to ship but could not since their system shows a dispute.

I asked for proof that the product was ready and quickly received a photo of an item that appears to be the ring made for my order. I requested the dispute be lifted from my bank and almost immediately after doing so, again MSBLUE stopped all communication. It is now December 25th and I still do not have the product the ordered.
Huge Red Flags!!!

I will continue to steer my friends and family away from this awful company. Please do not make the same mistakes I did.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do NOT Trust MSBLUE!

I recently purchased a ring from MSBLUE, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The quality of the ring is abysmal; it looks nothing like the advertised product. The stones are dull, the metal feels cheap, and overall, it’s a complete disappointment.

What’s even more frustrating is the incoherent customer service. They presented a plan, only to backpedal on it a month later, citing expiration of a timeframe they failed to communicate clearly. The emotional distress this has caused is unacceptable. It seems they don’t care about their customers or delivering on their promises.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from MSBLUE. This company is not to be trusted with your hard-earned money or, more importantly, matters that hold sentimental value. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of MSBLUE – they are a complete letdown!

1 star out of 5 – Would give zero if possible.
