MSB recently acted for us in a remortgage of a semi commercial property. Charles and Izzy always kept me informed, dealing with a difficult lender. They worked quickly and efficiently till completion... See more

0 stars if possible. Don't trust them with your money or your life. When you are misinformed the organ grinder finally calls you and tries to blind you with legal jargon. You are already dealing with the dire consequences of something they have delayed, and doing that is atrocious Don't give them a penny! You tell them not to contact you again and they do. Not directly, but via a lovely young lady who has shown nothing but empathy and kindness. I wish her well for the future, she deserves to do well...and I'm sure she will. She needs to escape from MSB St Pauls Square first. The reception staff are very pleasant too; just genuine people doing their jobs...also kind and welcoming. Thanks to the kind and honest people in the world; I have met a lot of nice people recently, and not all just want your money.
If I could give no stars I would. I would be better presented by my living room wall at least it doesn't pretend to be anything other than a wall.
Lip service no action lead you down the garden path to lose your children
Never again
In summary, just find a different solicitor for conveyancing. It’s like nobody in the firm communicates with each other. I can’t understand how a company can work with such terrible communication. No explanation of the purchase process, or forewarning about processes needed from my end (such as ILA process) that would add additional costs or delays. Reports of ‘lost’ paperwork. People going on vacation and sending out of office replies while half way through a conversation, with seemingly no handover to other staff. There’s just no sense of urgency or customer service. Long story short, never again.
As executors responsible for a close…
As executors responsible for a close family friend's estate we didn't know what to expect in relation to conveyancing and the legal process to sell her bungalow. The estate agent recommended MSB even though they were hundreds of miles away. We are very pleased we instructed them. Amba Cathcart undertook the lion's share of the work with real professionalism and care. Communication which is so important was always very clear, friendly and expedient. Credit to Pamela Chan-Ashraf and her team. The sale was completed very smoothly with very reasonable fees. We can highly recommend MSB Solicitors.
Horrible Service - WARNING its Serious Feedback
Really a very horrible service for Buying and Selling. They dont care to pick up phone calls and even acknowledge emails. Very rude behavior with clients on conveyancing . I wouldnt even rate 1 Star, pathetic service, and a waste of time for hard earners. They needed to be reviewed by Legal Ombudsman (LeO).
Slow and lack of communication…
Slow and lack of communication throughout the process of buying/selling a house
Just terrible
Just terrible
Just terrible, steer clear. I am so passionate and cannot stop thinking of my awful experience with “Make Something Better”
Mr Lawyer- you know who you are, I am not allowed to name you.
I want to stop what you did to me, happening to anybody else.
DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY.
Be aware, they will catch you at your most vulnerable time and cash in, all for themselves. My daughter was really poorly, they (he, the lawyer) knew and called me as I returned from the doctor’s. Lied, fobbed me off and stole my hard earned money.
Shameful, how do you sleep at night Mr Lawyer/MSB?
If anyone has had a similar experience please contact me on FB Natasha Calland (previously Beaulah)

Responsive to emails and phone calls
Responsive to emails and phone calls. Everything went smoothly during the sale of our property. My only complaint would be that I dealt with several different people over the course of the transaction but I don’t think it delayed anything. All in all I was happy with the cost and service I received.
Transfer of Equity
Lesley was great with my transfer of equity case which completed today.
Thank you.
Would recommend 😊
Highly recommended
My experience with MSB solicitors has been positive from start to finish, gayle and her team were helpful, efficient and really put my mind at ease throughout the whole process as a first time buyer.
Abuse for cash on hit and run basis
Under their clients erroneous instruction, MSB seriously abused an autistic man, via malicious communications over the long term, without creditable explanation, seemingly with no due diligence, intelligence, reason or moral values at all.
MSB refused to explain their intentionally vague, if explicitly overwhelmingly threatening unwarranted correspondence, despite written requests referring to UK Equality/disability, harassment laws requiring them to and related fraud laws.
MSB lied about processing a complaint which was not processed. Something their client routinely fraudulently did also.
MSB lied by verbally denying receiving legal correspondence over the long term.
Their ungoverned client was trying to cover up their own harassing abuses by systematically further abusing the autistic man, literally almost to death.
MSBs (and clients) dishonesty was proven, as apart from Royal mail delivery receipts, the documentation they claimed not to have received was in the Subject access request 1 yr 10 months later and calls were all recorded.
Their client in a recording, admitted making the instruction to MSB to fraudulently deny receiving legal mail, which I am told by a separate contracting CEO is fraud.
During that time MSB seriously threatened and ill treated the disabled man in order to silence him.
MSB, without apology for their errors, essentially presented as appearing maliciously aggressive, lying, abusing thugs without any professionalism evident.
All verbal phone interactions were recorded, stored and letters/emails kept to materially prove this.
The UK legal system is appearing deeply corrupted and people at MSB together with SRA (who claimed MSB had 'acted particularly badly' yet refused to act on their negative findings, or investigate further alarming reports on MSB) have proven this.
The SRA are just a protection racket.
MSBs influential links to CAB appear highly inappropriate. CAB refused to process related complaint of the MSB individuals behaviour (who also works for CAB), claiming MSBs offences were not during their direct employ.
Their client, who still systematically presents an abuse culture with deep contempt for disability (despite its statutory links and public funding) went elsewhere after MSBs major mess up and after spending thousands trying to conceal what they did internally, is now offering tens of thousands to close the matter, which has highlighted a wider network of influential individuals committed to abuse, as per government definitions.
If MSB were experienced as honest/remorseful, in the smallest way, they may have earned another star, but they remain spitefully belligerent as if they own the legal system.
Practising abuse for cash is a poor business model and their apparent unconscionable systematic contempt of disability and refusal to follow laws the rest of us live under, was beyond words.
Always record every single phone call, meeting, email, online interaction screenshots etc., both for your own protection, potential court submission and so an honest verifiable review can be given.
This review is true and verifiable, though very understated here.
MSB proved to be a truly sickening outfit who sadistically ruined the life of a disabled man and had not the conscience to care.
These have proven to be very dangerous unconscionable powerful individuals, who have implied they will abuse legal processes, so I have not named them here.
MSB was informed in writing of increasing future publicity, yet their managing partner just showed aggressive contempt.

What I found to be very interesting was…
What I found to be very interesting was the fact that I was asked for the whole story first and once apprised of all the facts they then decided to do a conflict check… and of course, there was a conflict. Poor practice.
The worst service I have ever had
The worst service I have ever had from a solicitor. Phones constantly ringing out. Permanently unreachable. Emails 5-10 business days later. Constantly having to follow up to get things done
My positive experience with MSB!
My experience with MSB and more specifically James Hayes was as simple and stress free as one could imagine. As a first time buyer I was cautious about how certain solicitors can take their time and fail to respond to calls. This was not the case with MSB. Always available and quick in action, I was able to complete my house purchase in less than 2 months which I think is a major win. Would highly recommend!
Mr Hayes, Commercial Property Executive
James Hayes, Commercial Property Executive is the primary reason I am placing a review. Had he not been so thorough and responsive, within a day each time, my sale may not have completed as smoothly. If you happen to have this gentleman as your Advisor, you will surely be in good hands. Even long after my case has completed, he had been answering emails from external stakeholders.
Super conveyancing service
Sandra Law and Eve Gallagher were instrumental in ensuring the conveyance of my new home went as smoothly as possible. Very professional and knowledgeable they were always on hand for assistance where it was required. Also not shy in contacting the vendors solicitors and nudging them when required, which by all accounts was often. Thanks again, would fully recommend.
Life saving!
MSB (Katie Camozzi especially) saw me and my son through the most traumatic and difficult time of our lives. She went above and beyond to support us in every way imaginable. She did more than necessary, and held my hand the entire way through. If not for MSB, I genuinely believe we wouldn't be here. I can't express how forever grateful I will be for the support we received.
Hayley Catherall - strengthening clients during vulnerable times
I can’t thank Hayley Catherall and her amazing team enough for the way they have handled not just a very stressful family case but also the way they handled me during the whole process. They were definitely my strength during this time and felt they took the lead in this, providing the right advice to protect and support my family in the correct way during a time where I felt most vulnerable! The outcome of following that advice has been life changing - thank you!
Not Good!!!!
Both Sandra Law and Les Spicer have…
Both Sandra Law and Les Spicer have gone above and beyond to get our house sale and purchase through and it hasn’t been straightforward. Thank you to them and the team at MSB for making a tricky time as smooth as it can be. Would highly recommend them.
