I have my heat pump fitted for a few months now and MSC also Installed my underfloor heating to whole of my ground floor and upstairs, they did a great installation, worked really hard and always cleaned up each day they was here , they also worked along side my builder , even my builder made comments on how good he thought MSC guys were and even he will be using them for all his renewable energy needs .

Required installation for a ground source heat pump, began communicating Nov 2020. Martyn seemed confused at every engagement what are plan was, he had a continuous list of blockers of which each one I paid premium to expedite us through… all in all Martyn reset the install date twice and then finally cancelled the installation four weeks before his “guaranteed” date. It will be difficult/ all but impossible now to find another installer for green central heating before winter and if I’m really unlucky I may not find one before RHI grant changes Mar2022. What I also have a big issue is with is my two children in our home who this situation is not going to be ideal for reaching the end of summer and no roadmap for central heating at all… … all in all no I would not recommend this company. I did get my £6k deposit back though!

Good communication and hit all of the agreed dates. The system works as designed and I am happy.

We’ve had our new boiler installed recently by MSC Heating, they did a beautiful job & we are very pleased with the result.

They r a very reliable team of professional ppl, very friendly, approachable, helpful, trustworthy, hard working & on time. They are extremely knowledge in what they do & reasonable price.

They went through the details thoroughly with us, like how to operate the boiler, after care & yearly checkup; they made sure we understood the details & what the work they had done.

They made sure the hot water & radiators were running properly before leaving the house; they also helped tidy up the mess too after the installation.

I will definitely recommend MSC to other ppl & will use their service if we need anything they could help in the future.

Brilliant. Helped from start to finish. Made sure the EPC was correct for the RHI claim and always did what he said he would do. Much better quote, extremely punctual, no hidden surprises. Martin is a great guy to work with.

We’ve recently had an air source heat pump installed by MSC Heating and I have to say that despite my initial reservations of how the unit would look in the garden and the changing of a few radiators, I’m really pleased with the outcome and so glad that we made the decision to go ahead. It’s sparking a lot of interest from friends and family when they see it and I’m telling them about the benefits of the Government Grant and also how well the heating and hot water perform with this new system. I highly recommend MSC to all my family and friends. In fact, we are having them install our solar panels next. All throughout communication and workmanship have been excellent. They do enjoy a cup cup of tea so get of plenty of teabags in 😂

At the start we had a few companies come to visit us about our installation , and most companies that came round only wanted to sell us air source heat pumps. But I wanted a Kensa ground source heat pump which I read great reviews on this particular unit called EVO and the chaps MSC seem the only ones competent to carry this out and deliver a great installation as I had a Epc that would deliver me a high government grant. I actually think the other companies were new to industry and seemed scared or just incompetent to install a ground source pump. I had a chap from MSC called Jamie who was such a jolly guy even when he was laying the slinkies in the ground and the heavens had opened up he was always smiling, he really enjoyed his job i think lol , MSC designed my plant room to accommodate two large heat pumps , large buffer tank and a huge hot water tank which gives great hot water . Also took care of laying the pipes in the ground . The plant room was almost 90 metres away to the field we used , they also laid all them pipes too , we had about eleven radiators changes to be made to accommodate the temperature difference. The whole installation was a great sight to see and it is really amazing how much heat we retrieve out of the ground. I give Jamie 5 stars and the whole installation that MSC has performed, from start to finish any hurdles they came across was easily over come. My field and all landscaping has been put back together and all looks great

Some years ago we had a heat pump by MSC Heating. we had gone with them as the salesman had put our mind at rest about aftercare and servicing, this was our first mistake.
the pump and tank was fitted and seemed to be working well.
when we asked about a service plan, we were then told they didn't do one, but just call to make an appointment to get the sealed water serviced each year.
we have only managed to get the tank and heat pump serviced twice by this company. we tried to book an appointment and have been told reasons why they can't get to us. 1. we are not working anywhere close by. 2. you are a long way out just to come and service. 3. I will sort out a date and get back to you.
When we had the system fitted we were not to far away. we have had to get other plumbers in to service the water tank as after nearly we are still waiting for that appointment date.
we have contacted MSC heating and again had been told they would be with us in January 2021, Hmm Still no Sign.
We have Now just given up and will never use this company again.
If you plan on getting the company to do any work for you make sure you live close to them and you might just want to take a close look at the company Name

Martin an his team fitted a Kensa ground source heat pump at our property. We are extremely fussy but the job is excellent and the pump is running at 467% efficiency. I would recommend MSC heating.

A generally good experience, Martin came when he said and his price was exactly as quoted. There were a couple of minor communication issues, easily resolved and he seems to have done an excellent job. I am really pleased with the installation and the kit provided. He also helped in completing the RHI form and I was pleasantly surprised by the grant.

Martin at MSC Heating did a great job installing a new Samsung Air Source Heat Pump. Unlike other quotes (who used salesmen) Martin knows his stuff and arranged a proper heat loss calculation and acoustic survey.
He was very patient answering all our questions and worries as this really was a leap in the dark for us, and arranged for us to visit a customer to see an ASHP in real life. He was polite, tidy and cheerful. I also loved the fact he didn’t just hire a skip but took the trouble to separate out and recycle as much as possible!
Finally he helped us apply for the RHI (his estimate was spot on) and now the government will pay back the majority of the cost!!

Our house is now consistently at a perfect background heat, and we have lots of hot water. We already have a few friends express interest and have wholeheartedly recommended him.

Yes loving my new heat pump , I was a bit worried at first , but I came across msc heating at one of my neighbours having one installed. I thought the whole idea at first was a bit daft that you could get energy out of the air . I got chatting to one of the msc engineers when they were actually installing a neighbours , so I went away and gained a few quotes. I didn’t find the other companies knowledgeable and seemed to be fresh to the air source heat pump industry, they did a great install msc and covered my house in dust sheets . Me and my neighbour are really happy with there service, and we got more guys in the close talking about heat pumps now . Good communication great service. Thanks MSC

Excellent Service from MSC. I had a new boiler and a replacement radiator fitted late November. As I changed to a combi boiler there was a lot of work taking out the old water tanks and boiler and redirecting pipe work. Martin and Phil did a fantastic job and left the house and garage tidy and took all the old stuff away with them. Would highly recommend

After speaking to a number of companies about getting my boiler replaced I decided to go with MSC Heating and what a great decision that was. A throughly knowledgeable gentleman who knows his stuff. The guys were hardworking, cleaned up after themselves, removed all the old waste and did a fantastic job fitting my new boiler. I am really pleased with my new boiler and would highly recommend Martin and MSC Heating to anyone who is seeking a new boiler

I am very particular who I have in my house and I always find it hard getting work carried out to a good standard these days by tradesmen . I had a visit from the lead engineer from msc heating who spent a lot of time with us to go through the in and outs , of the heat pump installation. All the other companies I asked to quote sent out salesmen which gave me the impression they were used to selling double glazing in there past work , the other companies did not stop ringing me and really put a lot of pressure on me to sign the order , MSC were the only guys who wanted to carry out a full detailed heat loss calculation and wanted to show me the full results to me , the other companies would only show me if I placed an order , I found msc a company that listened to what I wanted and requested, I found msc quote documents very clear and precise, I was not sure on the size of the outdoor unit so msc put me in touch of their previous customers and I went to see Two of their other customers installations. They did a very quality job and both of them customers were very happy with the 5 star msc experience 😃
I had a great installation carried out and I loving the nest controller supplied to control the Samsung unit . I have had my RHI confirmed and I will now be looking at enjoying the government grant to pay me for the next 7 years, MSC have done be proud and I would be willing to show my installation to any of their future customers who are a bit weary of taking the plunge on a heat pump installation, 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Martin and his team installed a Samsung air source heat pump along with an underfloor heating system for us two years ago which we couldn’t be happier with. They advised on getting the renewable heating incentives which we are able to claim for seven years which will eventually more than halve the cost of the system 😊.
The system itself is very efficient/powerful, in two winters we have never had anything but a toasty house.
We’re currently in talks about getting a power wall so hopefully will have another review to post soon 🍃

Wanting additional heat in the house without having to use the exisiting gas boiler, I contacted Martin with regard to having an Air Source Heat Pump installed. He was very helpful, suggesting a company to do the EPC, and discussing the system design and was prompt in providing a quote. The solution required adding pipes into the existing airing cupboard which, with limited space, was done well by Phil - the existing hot water tank was retained, hot water still being heated by the gas boiler. We required 5 new radiators which were fitted at the same time. The paper work was done competently by Martin, including contacting the DNO, as well as assisting with the RHI application. The house is nice and warm, the heat pump working quite efficiently. The thermostat controller system installed - the Google Nest, works well and is easy to use. Martin & Phil were very professional throughout the job - I would recommend them to anybody wanting an ASHP installed.
