Bought Bitcoin back in June. Paid by SEPA transfer EUR 5000. Never received the bictoins ordered and refused to refund me. Now they stopped answering me by phone.

This service is an easy way to buy bitcoin, and they even have the option to save fees by using lightning network.

I was able after the first transaction to send money direct from my bank account, using my reference number, and receive the bitcoin to my lightning address without even needing to visit their site again.

Their sipport is very good, and willing to go out of their way to help with advice and by fixing things if you make a mistake.

Ok so these guys are seriously good. I’m not very savvy when it comes to crypto, and I’ve got myself into some real mess with transfers in the past. But this was a smooth, transparent and highly professional process: quick, too. Great great great!

The whole experience has been very good. Quick and efficient, they keep you informed through every step of their process. I still cannot understand why they didn't accept my ID card as an official document. However this isn't an issue as you can use their service numerous times without verification. I fully recommend.

If you want to lower your cost then they encourage you to buy mtpelerin token which is a tokenize share.

If they were cheaper I would use their services more often.
