Very reliable service and great customer support. In casde of questions they are always available without any delays. Anwsering E-mails very wuickly. Using them for quite a while now to send money from a Bitcoin Wallet to bank accounts. Will also try their bill paying service. The only thing that I am missing, is a debit card connected to my wallet... :)

Surprised by positive reviews, my experience was sub-par. They make you confirm each withdrawal address with a small deposit and steal that amount (instead of crediting to your balance). Needless to say one must be an expert to send Bitcoin from a specific UTXO/address. Promised zero fees on the first 500 CHF volume, but still charged me full amount (I sent 527 EUR, which was projected as 0% fee on the website). Refused to refund it when I complained about this fee. Do not allow instant SEPA deposits unless you pass KYC. So the date/time/price of the crypto purchase is unpredictable. My EUR deposit arrived 24 hours late compared to Kraken (not instant SEPA as well). Did not show details of the trade (time, price, fees, FX) in the confirmation email (only the resulting amount) nor in the Bridge wallet. The final confirmation email arriving after 7 days also omitted the fee and the EUR/CHF rate applied. The 1.3% trading fee is higher than on most exchanges. Lightning deposit costs 1% routing fee. Lightning withdrawal required to reserve 2% for fees.
