Super fast and reliable. I have submitted my request for recycling my samsung watch. I have received the envelope with instructions next day with 2 options. One is free. Once the e-mail of the receipt the monies reached my account the same day. Can't fault it. If keeps you informed every step.
Plus because I am weary with electronics have selected their service because I know is going in safe hands back to manufacturer.

Never did this before but i thought i give it a go. Our Samsung S24 Ultras were valued £230 each by Samsung, £280 by something else and £300 by webuyanyphones. It made me wonder so i read some reviews actually here on Trustpilot.
Samsung was rated high, where the others were only rated positive by buyers, sellers had nightmares. They got higher valuations initially, but when said companies received the phones, they made up all sorts of excuses and re-valued the phones dramatically, literally to steal level. Claiming that it was scratched or broken, all sorts of BS.
So i stayed away and submitted my sale to Samsung. It was super easy, and i could add 2 phones to one transaction (on others i couldnt). I did this on friday, saturday morning the package turned up within the blue postage bag, the postage stamps etc.
I only posted them on monday as i worked the weekend. Free postage was included but i chose to pay for the insured special delivery instead as i had 2 high value phones in the package (obv i boxed and bubblewrapped them and they were left in their expensive protective case so it was bombproof).
Anyway, posted Monday, email came Tuesday morning, that phones received, in 1 hour another email said, sale completed, and the money was on my bank account in 2 hours. Not a penny less than agreed, everything was done professionally.
Save yourself the trouble and sell your old Samsung phones back to Samsung, the other companies will try to scam you as they need to make a profit on them after.

I nearly went for another company, but after further research, realised they were effectively scammers. Samsung on the other hand were very good. Price offered for the old tablet was on par, or even more than others. The service was easy and quick and payment made the day after they received it from me.

Posted my device on the Monday and by Wednesday they had recieved my device. By 5pm on the Wednesday the cash was straight into my bank. I had email updates throughout to keep me updated. Will definitely use this service again!
