Fantastic customer experience
This is a great shop. Outstanding selection, always the highest quality. They clearly operate with meticulous scientific / operational precision. I must have made ten or fifteen purchases over the last few years and it's been a consistently smooth, successful process each time. 3 spore syringes, all high contaminated
I ordered 3 samples, all were bacterial contaminated (i work in very clean environment). after many transfers i managed to get clean samples. I Send a email with a question and no answer. very unprofessional

Con artists, don’t waste your time or your money, I’d be surprised if my card details weren’t sold

EMPTY syringes on the first package (how can that happen?) delivered, God knows what the second ones were filled with but it wasn’t spores, I asked for a picture of the syringes they sent me the second time as they said they were going to take some, when they sent me the image of a syringe FULL of spores I knew they were conning people, they did offer a refund but I mean come on how many times do people complain about a somewhat “illegal” activity and then be threatened (veiled) with the fact afterwards? I don’t care for legality I do this as a hobby, personal growth and overall well being, these jokers are playing a field knowing full well what they’re actually doing, trust, don’t waste your time with these clowns, hopefully they find a bit of self respect in future interactions with honest people, God be with you MOOCHI

We have tried to work with you on your issues and I personally repacked and sent your order with pictures and dedicated support via our WhatsApp support service. When asked for pictures of the second order these were not provided. We have the WhatsApp backed up and our customers can see our responses if they want too, as we always say feedback and reviews are a two way thing and we respect our right to defend ourselves fairly and using and evidence backed approach.
Now lets move on to the more serious part of this review regarding your card details, we don't save any details via our card processing software and comply with GDPR, full terms and conditions can be found on our website, but better than that for your total piece of mind we record all our calls and all of our staff inform you that no card details are saved for quality assurance. The calls are saved on a AES 256bit encryption cluster server with various system security protocols just for anyone else reading this review.
Now as a small business and a supporter of mental health and now that we have defended ourselves we have asked for your bank details so we can refund you for your troubles even if we have been called clowns and part of the circus and various other abuse.
We respect your review and our right to defend ourselves as a small business operating in the UK with no access to normal business operating support due to our government stance on spores and our ethos is not around profits or ripping customers off but around mental health and making people life's better.
