Recently booked a trip to climb Mt Toubkal. Can’t comment on the trip yet as that is in 4 months - however so far experience with MBA has been excellent. From a clear, informative and easy to navigate site to the extremely helpful, reassuring advice on the phone from Matt!

Easy Booking Experience
This is my first time booking with Much Better Adventures. The booking process was super easy and they were quick to respond when I wanted to add a couple of extras to my trip. I haven't been on the trip yet but Im already looking at some of their other tours!

Excellent instant chat feature
The instant chat feature is really good. I asked to chat with a member of the team rather than AI and was surprised at how responsive it was, despite an alert saying that team members are managing multiple clients at one time. Luke was able to answer all my questions very quickly and clearly, allaying any doubts I had and leaving me excited to be asking work for time off so I could book the trip I had in mind.

MBA booking was an easy & smooth process. They made contact immediately after I put down a deposit & answered a query I had addressing the optional extra I was after.
So far a very smooth process & I am so excited for my upcoming trip with them in 8 months!

Navigating the web site for information about various hikes was easy and informative. Lots of info and pictures. All inquiries to staff members were answered quickly and fully.
