MuchLoved is the UK's leading in-memory platform where the bereaved can remember someone special and fundraise in their memory through unique, beautiful and lasting online tribute pages. MuchLoved also provides bereavement information and support services and works in partnership with other bereavement organisations and charities to help support those who have lost a loved one. MuchLoved was born in 2007 from a personal experience of grief and a determination to make online remembrance supportive, accessible, and meaningful for everyone. Today, we remain committed to that purpose – combining nearly two decades of expertise with close collaboration across the funeral and charity sectors to continually improve how people are supported through loss. At the heart of MuchLoved is a belief that remembering someone should feel personal, shared, and lasting. Our role is to make that easier – not only for families but also for the organisations who care for them. By working closely with funeral directors and charities, we aim to strengthen the support you provide and help you offer families the best possible experience when it matters most.

Easy to use and easy to share to others. The only thing I would say is it would be useful to signpost donators more to the tribute section so it’s used more
Difficult to navigate - each time I tried to post something it demanded I accept cookies - I do not want - tried privacy settings on Safari tried again - it would not allow me to proceed at all. Forced to accept cookies I do not want. In order to post a photograph with a tribute which, when I tried to search to check it was on the web page could not be found and there was no indication anywhere on the website the of where the photograph could be viewed either. Overall felt a great deal of distrust using it at all. Only went ahead with a Donation as family had set the page up. Will not use again

In a pretty horrible world - this is a shining example of how compassionate and caring human beings can be. A not for profit, charitable website enabling people to preserve their loved one's memories all in one place. No shareholders capitalising on peoples' grief. Set up by a grieving brother - born from authentic intensions + need. It's also a well designed site on a really good platform. I've put my memories of my grandfather on here in reasonable confidence that they're in safe hands....

I am delighted with the way Muchloved allocates space to celebrate the lives of loved ones, and am particularly grateful that the donations function takes away from me the necessity to make other and more complex arrangements. As to technical advice I found both Ali Haines and Sarah Serkis, on the Tribute Team, to provide excellent technical support. Altogether Muchloved provides me with a supported and easily accessible facility by which to record my family's love for a wife, mother, grandmother.
When my mother passed on, I wanted a small webpage where friends and family could leave their messages. I found muchloved and am truly happy with their service. You can add pictures, a timeline of your loved one's life, light a candle in their memory and more. I was so impressed when my father died I did a page for him, and last year when both my in-laws passed I did one for them. It is a lovely way to remember, and commemorate your loved one's lives.
