Sturdy boots and good customer service
I bought women’s adjustable chore boots last year, they are great.
Sadly I have experienced a minor issue with a seal. Contacted customer service who advised me to send a detailed email and photos, which I did.
I received an email within 24hrs with free return label.
Very good customer service!
I have only marked 4 stars because they do not offer an exchange process so I’ve had to post for a new pair and wait for them to arrive before I’m able to return the others.
And, they have requested the birds are cleaned or they can’t accept them due to health & safety and they need to be in the original packaging. I’ve had them 6 months so cleaning is going to be a chore tbh and I didn’t keep the packaging, but I can use the packaging the new boots came in.
I am overall satisfied though and the boots are very sturdy

Great boots, quick delivery. We use them for outdoor activities with our dogs. For us it's perfect for cold weather.

The customer should be informed that the return to Great Britain will take place. Since DPD no longer delivers to Great Britain since January, there was a very high return cost of 30 €.
Since I ordered my Muck DE, I assumed that the delivery would also take place within Germany. A return to a part of the company in Germany was not possible but it had to be sent back to Great Britain.

It seems that the courier had issues with the delivery and returned the parcel back to us. Our system then automatically refunded the order. I Had to return the boots,to small. When purchesd everything was in German so I expected to return within Germany.But wrong I had to pay 29,90E to return to the UK.
I consider this robbery!!!!!!!
