The shirt was sent again to the address you gave but clearly gone astray in the post so since you've had so much trouble I have this morning requested a replacement be made and shipped out to you by express delivery.

I'm sorry you had to wait a couple of weeks for your t-shirt. I can see that you ordered it at the end of day on a Wednesday and it was printed and shipped by the following Monday morning so I'm afraid this was completely out of our hands and down to Royal Mail being rubbish.
