I'm so sorry you've not received your hoodie yet, I can see that you ordered (and your hoodie was also shipped) the week before Christmas when the Royal Mail were on strike. so I suspect this is the reason you've not received what you ordered. There is room for improvement, but I am happy regardless
In terms of user experience, the website is easy to use and well organised. I would only change the colour palette to something more vibrant and colourful. The shirt is a good size, but the colour is definitely different (I bought the Flook Ancora shirt - jade dome colour) and the print is not very good quality. Still, I very much appreciate the work you do, especially for folk music, which gets so little recognition compared to other musical genres
