I received incredibly quick responses in order to get my order placed as I intended.

I finally received my muddy mat on April 17, 2026 after placing the order on April 8, 2026. It arrived via cirrotrack.com powered by GOFO Express. My order was to be shipped by Fedex Express as I ordered it and I paid 14.99 for shipping. There was never a true, clear way to track it and it certainly was not sent by any type of Express shipping. It did not fulfill the order according to the charge. When I saw tracking information this morning, that I could somewhat decipher, it said it was out for delivery.

I was watching for the delivery and somewhat expected a person on a pony to arrive. I wasn't right, however. The Pony Express had not been brought back as a delivery service. Instead, a young gentleman, in his own vehicle, dropped it off. I doubt if he received much for the job, by the condition of his vehicle.

I am requesting a refund of the $14.99 shipping fee. If I knew how to give it to the delivery guy, I would do it.

My puppy loves the bed, but the overall experience was lacking in customer service and I would NOT order another bed!

Also, this review would not go through to the customer service email, which had previously responded. I assume they don't really have a customer service department!

Orders were filled quickly. Mats and beds are well made, easy to clean, and comfy. The color selection is wonderful!

After seeing the muddymats demonstration, I was skeptical but watched again and decided to get three rugs. They all pick up so much debris and are machine washable. Mom got a large doggie mat and Toby loves it. I recommended it to my nephew dog Ziggy as well.

THE Cloud 9 Doggy Beds are Fantastic! We have 3 of them. Our Dog and 4 Cats absolutely love them!!! They look soooo comfortable nestled in them. We have several Muddy Mats around the house. We have Hardwood Floors and we use them to fill spaces where the critters walk so they do not slip on the floor. We have them at the entry to the Litter Boxes and they really help to keep the litter from being tracked all over the house. They make a big difference!!! I just purchased 4 more and I am awaiting their arrival. Can't wait!! Bummer that as soon as I purchased them, I found out they have a buy 2 and get 1 free deal. I didn't see it before I made the purchase, so I missed out. The Doggy Beds have a removal cover which is very easy to remove and throw in the laundry. They clean up nicely. The Mats around the house are washable as well! We even use them in the kitchen. We have runners down the walkway and one in front of the sink. I am very impressed with Muddy Mats. I mentioned them to a friend and she said she has them too and also loves them!! Great product!!! THANK YOU, Muddy Mat!

Ordered 4/3/26, credit card charged. On 4/13 still no tracking number. 4-5 additional emails and replies stating 48-72 hrs id have, still don’t. One reply said they would personally expedite. Another reply said for the inconvenience of delay the would refund $6.99 shipping and send $25 gift card. First replies indicated warehouse was to have label within 24 hrs of order and tracking available in 2 days. Most recent reply says same thing but instead of 2 days it’s now 12 days which is also past when order placed. Very disappointed, if no tracking number this week will turn over to credit card company for dispute and report to BBB.

I discovered Muddy Mats on social media. The price was so good I thought why not!! Not a disappointment! These mats are awesome. Both of our labs like to take naps on them too. An added benefit. Wash and dry easily. Definitely worth the money!!!

The first time I ordered a Muddy Mat bed for my little girl, I was a bit hesitant because of the price. It had then gone on sale so I decided to make the purchase and see if we liked it. (My first purchase had been clear back in June 2024 not too long after adopting my pup). I’m so glad I bought this bed. It is my dogs favorite place to sleep. And it’s so easy to clean. I bought the small I believe (or medium not sure without looking at the tag or receipt) and you can just toss the whole thing in the washing machine (gentle cycle of course! I usually also choose warm water) and then I also put it into the dryer afterwards on low. It comes out so clean and extra poofy! Then an ad for Muddy Mat came up again with an even better sale and I immediately purchased another bed in aqua. She loves her beds and they’ve held up so well! (FYI, she is not the kind of dog who chews on her bed or tears it up so if you have a dog that does this, I am not sure how well it would hold up to that). I highly recommend getting these beds for your fur babies. They will be the only bed I get my girl. (I also loved the ease of checkout and the tracking and updates provided by this seller during shipment.)

The Muddy Mat Dog Beds are the best dog bed I've ever owned, I have 4 dogs, 2 large German Shepherds, a medium size cattle dog, and a Goldendoodle puppy. Each dog has their own bed as well as the Muddy Mat Crate beds. My dogs absolutely love them. One of my German Shepherds is 120lbs, 8 years old with hip dysplasia. This is the first bed where he settles down and doesn't toss and turn. Highly recommend. Fast shipping, the outer cover is easy to remove and machine washable.

I tried a small muddy mat and a pet drying one. I love them both! They dry my dog and cats off almost instantly and the mat I have by the door gets a lot of use. But it is so easy to clean! I can wash it when it gets too dirty, but most of the time I just have to shake it out, outside and it looks fine. I will be buying more.

I have 9children, 35 grandchildren and have never had a door mat (rug) that works like muddy mats. I bought two got one free and absolutely love them. They do EXACTLY what the company says they do. All the running in and out of my home snow, rain, or shine is no problem for my muddy mats. I will be purchasing a big one one day for my kitchen mud bench or a runner. These mats are absolutely FANTASTIC for real.

I love everything about Muddy Mat!! My friends in Maine were impressed about tracking in snow so I took notice. My neighbor has 3 hospice dogs. I bought them dog beds and they loved them instantly. They forgot about the couch. The dogs have accidents and I see rugs drying on the porch, so I bought one of the beautiful patterned indoor area rugs that can go in the washer and she loved it. I bought the outside mats because my husband tracks in leaf debris and I go barefoot and need to wipe my feet. They do the job and are soft on bare feet. My hair will not dry usually so I got the doggy towel for me. I was jealous of the dogs so I got a dog bed for the couch to settle in for binge watching TV. Great too for kids to sit on the floor...guaranteed they will nap.So soft but sturdy. And the colors are vibrant. Total quality products!!

I have been buying dog beds for a couple of years. I have never been very satisfied with them, that was until I purchased 2 big dog beds. They have held up and continue not to flatten out (the rest either came flat or flattened out shortly after arriving. The Muddy Mat Dog Beds are FANTASTIC. I am currently saving up for 2 more so I don't have to carry them up and down stairs everyday!!

Most important my dog has extremely bad skin allergies and regular beds made it worse. this bed change that in many ways she sleeps good at night stays cool and it doesn't get that dirty smells you get with regular beds. She liked it so much that besides the one in our bedroom I bought another one for the living room and she is a happy dog.

We have 3 large dogs who love the mud and dirt. These rugs are lifesavers. We put a runner on each side of our bed which helps decrease the amount of debris that gets tracked in. Highly recommend!

What a great experience we have had with Muddy Mat products We have tried multiple versions of the mats heavy duty and small ones. Keeps all floors dry when dogs come in when raining outside.

These mats are an absolute must have the way they collect the dirt and the water and then you can just shake them out. I have washed mine multiple times. I’ve had them for over a year and they are still like brand new. They are so worth every penny and there’s always a deal to be found on these and if you have pets, they’re a double must have.

Once I told Customer Service, our dog had maybe lad on the new K9 Cloud bed we'd purchased, they gave us a full refund and we do not have to ship the bed back, which would be a pain in the ya-ya. Thank you, Muddy Mat! We will buy from you again. We already have your rigs and love then. Soft underfoot and super absorbent.

Customer service is very good. Shipping of the product takes a very long time. I have purchased similar rugs on Amazon that seem to be better quality and arrive much quicker.
